Spillosens oil stain removers and special cleaners are designed for cleaning old, stubborn and ingrained oil stains and for removing oily residues on almost all surfaces and types of objects. Spillosens sorbents rapidly and effectively remove liquid spills and leaks. As a precautionary measure, they help control the general hazards posed by spilled liquids in a simple and efficient way. They absorb a wide variety of operating fluids as well as a large number of acids and bases. Their absorbency amounts to approx. ten times to twelve times their weight. The different product types such as pads, absorbent pillows and socks or loose flakes permit their use as versatile instruments.

Whether for a stationary or mobile use – spill kits are designed for proper and immediate on-site control of hazards arising from leaks and spills. They are pre- configured combinations of different absorbents bundled together in practical containers, for example, light cases, compact boxes, wheeled bins or cabinets. Dimensions and type of the spill kits vary to meet individual needs regarding the maximum volume of spill that may be

cleaned up. The absorption capacity of the spill kits is generally between 20 - 2.300 litres.

Spillosens product solutions in granules represent an exclusive selection of unique sorbents. They soak up nearly all most common materials and those substances that are used or produced in the industry such as oils, chemicals, viscous substances, emulsions, etc. in a quick and selective way. The granular absorbents are available, for example, based on minerals. Furthermore, there are also particularly sustainable solutions from renewable and biodegradable raw materials. Some of the products have DEKRA approvals and some others were tested by the TÜV to evaluate their performance.

Spillosens oil booms confine spilled pollutants on bodies of water and/or absorb them from the sur-face of the water. Oil skimmers remove oil spills from the surface of the water. With a recovery rate from 1 m³ to 180 m³ per hour, they provide an effective tool for water treatment and water protec- tion. The range of applications extends from small pits in the industry through water and wastewater treatment plants to the response to major oil spills in coastal, marine and inland waters.

Spillosens spill containment sumps, dispensing stationsand surface protection systems are used for the safe and legally compliant storage of small and big containers (e.g., drums, IBC and CTC containers) filled with oils, coolants and lubricants as well as of receptacles containing aggressive fluids such as acids and bases. Spillosens safety cabinets are very well suited for storing hazardous sub- stances, for example, in laboratories and production areas.

Spillosens oil and lubricant cans make handling oils and other liquid lubricants easier, cleaner and safer. The fully sealing units prevent dirt and moisture from getting into the fluid and maintain the performance characteristics of the lubricants. The colour-coded lid system in combination with the durable HDPE containers ensures a clear labelling of the substances that must be used. Different lid types enable an appropriate application, from transferring the lubricants to their precise dosing.

Spillosens safety cans are designed for managing flammable liquids and/or for storing flammable waste. Using safety cans helps protect employees by preventing incidents and reduce, in facilities, fire risks caused by spontaneous combustion, sparks or improper handling of flammables. Our technical safety equipment for drums includes, among others, drum funnels, drum vents and faucets with flame arrester and leak-tight gaskets.

Belt Skimmers12.Spillosens belt skimmers are used to remove tramp oils from cutting fluid tanks of machine tools and/or to skim off surface oils from ultrasonic, process and chemical baths, etc. or industrial wastewater sumps in a rapid and effective way. Additionally, mixing valves and refractometers help maintain the quality of the cooling emulsion for metal-working machinery and contribute to reduce costs in fluid management.
