The Lewiston Auburn Transit Committee (LATC) is the owner of Lewiston-Auburn’s public transit system, citylink. LATC was created by the cities of Lewiston and Auburn in 1976 and was tasked with the sole purpose of providing urban mass transit. LATC contracts with the Androscoggin Valley Council of Government and Western Maine Transportation Services to perform finance and administration responsibilities, and operations and maintenance of the service, respectively. Citylink fixed route and ADA complementary paratransit service operates Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 5:45 PM.
