Incoterms 2010 will be categorized into 2 groups as "Any Mode of Transport"

and "Sea and Inland Waterway Transport Only" whereas it used to be dividedinto 4 groups, "E / F / C / D" in Incoterms 2000.

Elimination of 4 terms (DDU ・DAF ・DES ・DEQ)

→  DAT ・DAP will be added.

・  DAT (Delivered At Terminal)  

・ →  Seller is subject to all risks and charges of transport until

the completion of unloading goods at requested terminal.  

・  DAP (Delivered At

Place)  most likely DDU replacement※   ・  →Seller is subject to all risks and charges of transport until

the goods is delivered to the requested place.

(Unloading goods is all risks & charges of buyer)
