Setup

•You must register to access the Parent Portal

•All matters of registration are resolved by our ESD Manager, Ms. Michele Porter (porter@hohschools.org)

Digging into the Portal

Profile

•Contains information about the student and upcoming events

•Serves as a homepage for the rest of the portal features

Attendance

•Contains information about student attendance

•Identifies excused absences (AE), unexcused absences (UE), excused tardiness (TE), and unexcused tardiness (TU)

Schedule

•Contains information about student schedule

•Students are able to access their locker combination and location

Gradebook

•Contains grades to posted assignments•Click on the different classes to reveal the

relevant assignments

•Clicking on a class reveals posted assignments

•Assignments may be divided into categories that are weighted differently

•Assignments may be posted before grades •Make sure the correct marking period is

selected

Report Card

•Posts finalized report cards•Final grades and comments are published
