usually associated with youth, this type of

music consists of rhythmic instrumentals

which are sometimes accompanied by

rapping, also in this genre there could be

things such as beat boxing incorporated

into it.

SoulSoul music is a type of music genre that

originated in the United States in the 1950s and early 1960s, combining elements of gospel

music and rhythm and blues.This type of music has background of gospel

music, it is usually popular within the black American community as a way of expressing

black culture and black pride. Ray Charles is seen as the one to star this

particular type of music genre.Below are some examples.

R&B is a music genre that combines elements of rhythm and blues, pop, soul, funk, and hip

hop.

It was basically born when the disco era ended and some of the first people to get on it were

the Jacksons.
