HiperTech Ltd. specializes in the Design and Manufacture of Hyperbaric Chambers, Automation Control

HiperTech is manufacturing multiplace hyperbaric chambers, monoplace hyperbaric chambers and
decompression chambers as well as other hyperbaric related products. Our products are manufactured in
compliance with European top quality standards, which guarantee both patients and personnel comfort
and safety. The company is managed by a business group comprised of physicians and engineers
specializing in the HBO business. For the purposes of subassembly and service procurement, we
cooperate only with world-reputed manufacturers of medical, electronic and pressure equipment. Our

OUR EXPERIENCE
We have gained our experience in our private hyperbaric oxygen therapy centers owned by our Group
company, as well as through our cooperation with university institutions and hospitals specializing in HBO
therapy. In our process of creation we have gotten support from authorities in the field of medicine and
technology, whose guidelines and recommendations we have been drawing on. We comply strictly with
all safety standards. We have already installed several chambers all over the world. Lately our Zyron 12
chamber has been installed and approved in Torino HBO center, Italy (pictures below).

2 PRODUCTION FACILITY
HiperTech’s new modern factory, 2010
HiperTech pressure vessel and hyperbaric chamber production factory is located in the heart of industrial area Ikitelli in Istanbul, Turkey. With its 2500 m2 reaching production area, it is one of the largest production facilities all over the world.
Our production is based on EU standards and our products are CE certified.
International EN 14931, IMCA, DNV standards are followed during the design and production of our diving and treatment HBO chambers.
We have the capability in our factory to produce Hyperbaric Chambers in the required diameter and lengths with the necessary welding capabilities (TIG, MAG, aluminum, stainless steel etc.) and crane hook according to the related standards and guidelines.

WORKING PRESSURE: Zyron 12 HBO chambers have 5.5 bar absolute working pressure. Test over
pressure is 8,25 bar.
NUMBER OF PATIENTS: Zyron chambers are equipped with 12 patient + 1 attendant seat in the main
compartment and 2 patient + 1 attendant seat in the Antre compartment. At the same time 4 stretcher can
be fitted in the main compartment.
INTERNAL DIAMETER: Zyron 12 chambers are in cylindrical Omega shape (Ω) with real flat bottom
surface to provide easy access to the patients and to be easier for cleaning and maintenance. The
diameter of the cylinder is around 230 cm.
COMPUTER CONTROLLED SYSTEM: Zyron 12 chambers are fully automated with HiperTronic
automation system. In this software, Operator can run the whole session either fully automatic or semi-
automatic. Operator can Edit profiles, Register patient records. Automation system logs all necessary
data of the operated session like pressure, oxygen level, temperature etc. in the memory for later use.
Session logs, Profiles and Patient Records are easy to store and transfer. System is protected by
passwords to prevent unauthorized access.The whole HiperTronic software has been CERTIFIED
according to ISO IEC 12119 for safety and operational standards.
Standard console unit
COMPRESSION GAS: Zyron 12 chambers are pressurized with Medical grade Air. Each patient inside
use masks to breathe Oxygen. Drager masks and Scott regulators are used for breathing system.
Patients with difficulties can breathe oxygen with Hood in Free flow. The breathing system is easily
adjustable to free flow.

LOW PRESSURE AIR SUPPLY SYSTEM: The whole Air system and Quality of Air stored in the Tanks
have certification according to EN 12021. Gas quality measurements can be made before it is stored in
the Tanks.
COMMUNICATION: Zyron chambers are equipped with Intercom and Sound power communication
systems. In case of power cut, Sound powered phone can be used.
FIRE SUPRESSION SYSTEM: Zyron 12 Fire Suppression System is fully designed and build according
to American NFPA 99 requirements or DIN 13256-3 “Pressure vessels for human occupancy - Part 3:
Fire extinguishing systems in pressure vessels; Safety requirements and testing”. Our system is
inspected and certified according to those standards.
RECTANGULAR DOOR: Zyron chamber have large rectangular doors (90X180 cm).
VIDEO MONITOR SYSTEM: Recording is made on Hard disk or USB device as well as DVD. 2 x 19”
LCD monitor for CCTV.
ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM: 2 x LCD (12V DC) monitors are mounted on the doors for the patients to
watch TV or DVD.
MEDICAL LOCK: Medical Lock system has double lock secure system which prevents the operator to
open it if there is a pressure inside the medical lock. In that way the safety of the operation is guaranteed.
ENVIRONMENTAL MONITORS: Zyron HBO systems use O2 and CO2 analyzers for gas monitoring.
AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM: Powerful water chiller (and heater at the same time) is used in our AirCon
system. The control panel is equipped with temperature control system where the operator can adjust the
internal temperature of the chamber. There are internal fan and radiator units in 3 different points of the
chamber for effective cooling especially for hot countries. Our system has also got its own heating unit
independent from the building central heating system, as Standard.
MEDICAL MONITORING SYSTEMS: Zyron chambers can be integrated with all medical monitoring
systems.

3.2 CALIPSO: MONOPLACE HBO CHAMBER
HiperTech Calipso model Monoplace chambers can be produced both as semi and full acrylic type. Our
chambers has large internal diameter with 30” and 33.5” options. With its rich standard and optional
features Calipso Monoplace chambers are the “best value solutions” for your hyperbaric medical center.
Hipertech Ltd. not only provides the chamber itself, but also provides extra services and training support
for its customers.
HiperTech Calipso monoplace chamber and related hyperbaric products provide medical service for
patients who suffer from decompression sickness and/or diseases subject to hyperbaric treatments.
HiperTech shows the same care and attention at the production and integration stage as well as it shows
at project stage. Hipertech ensures that, each chamber produced in its ISO certified facilities by its
experienced engineers and staff in hyperbaric chambers, is of the same quality and standard.
Design Code
The Monoplace Hyperbaric Treatment System is designed to safely provide hyperbaric oxygen therapy to
patients at pressure up to 3 atmospheres absolute (29.4psig). The entire hyperbaric treatment system
including all subsystems, components, and ancillary support systems are designed to meet or exceed
stringent hyperbaric engineering design and fabrication standards for health care facilities as required by:
PrEN14931 “ Pressure vessels for human occupancy (PVHO) – Multiplace Chambers” and ASME PVHO.

The Monoplace HBO treatment system is designed to pressurize the chamber using compressed medical
grade air. Hyperbaric oxygenation is achieved by providing the patient 100% pure oxygen by mask or
hood while exposed to elevated barometric pressure. The piping systems are designed, fabricated,
inspected, installed, and tested to meet the stringent requirements of EN14931. Special attention is
directed to the safety aspects of oxygen systems design for hyperbaric applications.
Materials used throughout the system, meet or exceed the individual European Codes for the fabrication
of the pressure vessel, viewports, and all support systems. Electrical components and materials meet the
National Electric Code for Health Care Facilities.

Through hull penetrators
Through hull penetrations are provided in the hull for gas, electrical and instrumentation services. The
physical location of each penetrator will be determined during the initial design phase based on the
location of ancillary equipment within the chamber and considering the best location externally for other
equipment.
The number and size of the actual penetrators are very important for the longevity and usefulness of the

Calipso Chambers can be pressurized with both Oxygen and air .
The length of the chamber only is 87”, including the hatches.
Chamber normal operational pressure is 2 Bar (3 ATA)
Hydrostatic testing (test pressure) has been done at 3 Bar (4 ATA)
Operational temperature is minimum 0oC (zero degree centigrade) and maximum 50
0C (fifty

Internal volume of the chamber is about 1 cubic meters.

There is two way intercom system on the control panel to enable communication with the patient.
An optional Sound powered telephone is located on the chamber panel to enable communication
with the patient in case of emergency such as electrical cut-off.
A unit timer is used to show the elapsed time in the session.
Depth indicating display
Two (2) units of manually operable pressure control system will be provided with the chamber.
Including pneumatically controlled pressure and exhaust valves and analog chamber pressure
indicator.
Patient Ventilation Support (PVS) system in the control panel. PVS composed of Mechanical and
Automatic Ventilation Mechanisms. The system will be provided with transitions, connections,
internal electricity power connections, gas pipes, panels and other units to be used in the
pressure chamber.
Respiratory System in compliance with PrEN 14931 (Pressure Vessels for Human Occupancy-
PVHO) standards, which discharges the used oxygen from pressure chamber in order to prevent
the increase of oxygen density inside pressure chamber.
Patiences respiratory system (BIBS) equipped with channels that would accept the required
rational mask.
Inhalation resistance not exceed +3 / -5 mbar at 22.5 +/- 2.5 liter per minute ventilation speed and
at 1.5 +/- 0.25 bar chamber pressure of the mask.

Entertainment System
Entertainment system is be designed to provide video, television and radio broadcasts to the
patients during treatment. Patients will be able to listen to the selected program from the
speakers of pressure chamber.
There will be a 17” TFT monitor in this section. This monitor will be connected to a video or a
DVD player. TFT monitors will be installed on the port outside the chamber which is exclusively
designed to allow easy-watching of the monitor by the patient.
Audio system in the control console will be composed of AM/FM radio receiver and CD/cassette
player.
Audio source will allow incoming connections from VCR or DVD player.
Automation System (optional)
Industry-type PLC is used to control the system.
Hyperbaric Treatment Automation Software installed into the system. Operator training is
provided for this software.
Easy and flexible profile entrance through the software

3.3 DECOMPRESSION CHAMBERS
HiperTech decompression chambers are high quality commercial twin-lock chambers designed for
operators requiring a higher specification standard. They meet most international industry codes of
practice and guidelines.
HiperTech decompression chambers are currently available in two different diameters, namely 1.5m and
1.7m. Build quality and finish are to high standards and stainless steel is used extensively for the
pressure vessel components and control panels. Extensive range of optional equipment is available to
allow the system to be custom-designed to suit any application.

3.4 TRANSPORTABLE RECOMPRESSION CHAMBER (TCRS)
T-SABO is Transportable Recompression Chamber System is a new type transportable recompression
chamber which accommodates 2 persons (1 patient and 1 attendant). T-SABO has enough space for 2
people for safe and secure treatment during extended transportation- or treatment times if necessary. T-
SABO is designed in such a way that it gives the maximum of space for patient and attendant; but
keeping its volume and dimensions and weight to a minimum, which makes it really easy to transport;

HiperTronic, is a computer-based electronic control used in hyperbaric oxygen treatment systems. It is a
state of the art automation system that provides high comfortability and safe operation of the chamber.
With its enhanced profile entry and datalogging features HiperTronic is also flexible. A special algorithm is
used to decrease the incidence of barotraume, which is common problem for patients under going

4.4 Transport and Installation
4.4.1 Transport
Part of the Turnkey solution Hipertech provides Transport and On-site Installation to its customer.
Whereever the chamber needs to be installed we are able to arrange the transport and ship it to the
customer. Hence our customers do not need to think about transportation.
Following services are made in transportation activities as required
1. Arranging shipping to the designated country
2. Local transports to the port side. Crane operations are made.
3. Lashing for secure transport. Certificate for lashing is received
4. Custom clearances and documentation for export
5. Following the transport and informing the customer
4.4.2 On-site Installation :
We are making sure that our systems are installed and ready for use properly. Therefore Hipertech
installation team provides on-site installation as part of the Turnkey solution. When we finish our
installation you are ready to run the chamber and accept the patients.
Before installation we make sure that the building is ready for the chamber to be instaled.
We make sure that you prepare the building and floor according to our building requirements

Back-pressure regulators control inlet pressure by

Aspirator
Aspirator operated by power vacuum sunction from
oral cavity, nose-throat area and the bronchia of the
patient. Disposed in the cup shaped receptacle
