Marketing Executive, UK&I The Marketing Executive will report to the Marketing Manager, UK&I, and will work closely with the Marketing team and Miami (global) to implement and deliver trade and consumer marketing activities from planning and execution to monitoring. This includes the planning and delivery of among others – direct mailings, enewsletters, brochure production and distribution, trade projects, digital, social media, performance marketing and results analysis - to support commercial growth and development of customer base, and retention. Responsibilities: To manage a broad range of trade and consumer marketing activities including:- The production and distribution of the brochure, and on-going fulfilment. To co-ordinate monthly direct mail activities for past guests, prospects and loyalty members - liaising with the Miami team, and local printer/fulfilment house. To co-ordinate e-newsletters, liaising with the Miami team, and provide performance reports. To support with digital display activities, search at a UK&I level, and website landing pages. To implement the social media content calendar for both trade and consumer – in order to create engagement and build membership To co-ordinate a range of trade activities and projects - including the trade website, training portal, incentive scheme, and trade support communications. Produce weekly trade support emails, identify opportunities to enhance these, and provide performance reports. To implement the consumer media plan – co-ordinating the production of adverts and digital banners Produce point of sale materials on an ad hoc basis. Track KPI performance, analytics, testing strategies, trends and opportunities to improve future campaigns. Champion the Norwegian Cruise Line brand by ensuring all engagement activities, both internally and externally, reflect the brand guidelines. Projects/Tasks may change or be adjusted according to business requirements. Candidates must have; Education: University degree Professional Experience: At least 2-3 years marketing experience, preferably in the travel industry. Excellent up to date understanding of marketing processes with good commercial awareness.

• Ability to negotiate with external service providers at a senior level. • Experience in implementing marketing plans. • Enthusiastic and passionate with a “can do” and proactive attitude. • Hard working, driven individual with ability to work on own initiative and to meet tight deadlines in a fast

paced, dynamic environment. • Good analytical skills and a strong attention to detail is required with regular reviews of performance

against plan • Ability to build strong relationships across the internal and external business. • Excellent time management, negotiation and presentation skills • IT literate (MS Word / Excel / PowerPoint) • Flexible in working hours • Very good written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of the cruise market and travel industry in general preferred. • Good Team player • Willingness to travel (if required).
