• Fully Integrated into SharePoint

• Significant number of pre-configured ‘actions’ for performing SharePoint tasks; both user based and administration

• Provides faster (therefore cheaper) way of fulfilling existing and future business requirements that have BPM components

• Allows a consistent approach to users for interacting with automated processes

• Auditing and reporting to allow full process visibility for monitoring and improvement.

• Recommended by Gartner during tele conference on SharePoint BPM tools
