organizations.

You can’t make a shift like this by tweaking. It requires

a whole new mindset.

Five guideposts to the future:

2. Think bigger. A movement of movements.

3. Be bolder! Insist on change…speak with a voice that can be heard.

4. Work on the constraints. Don’t talk about how wonderful Agile is but what practical steps can be taken.

5. Evangelizing the change. Express ourselves with passion!

1. The extent of the challenge we are facing. Recognize the resistance.

It has to be: “$#@#*^%, this idea has to happen! This

firm is going down the drain unless we do something about it!”

It can’t be:We have an interesting idea that leaders

should consider.

Pick one as a group and simulate becoming a change team or guiding coalition in that environment.
