will likewise be entertained but will undergo further scrutiny by the Screening Committee. d. Applicants must present Certificate of Indigence, duly certified by the baran:gay and the DSWD. e. Applicants must not have reached their 22nd birthday by the application deadline date in the year they apply. f. Applicants must possess good moral character with no criminal record/ g. Applicants must not be a beneficiary of other scholarship program/ grant.

4. All qualified applicants will be initially screened and subsequently coached by the Regional Health Service 2 and the Pre-Screening Committee. The Regional Health Service 2 and Crime Laboratory 2 will conduct preliminary examinations to applicants such as Physical, Medical-Dental, Neuro Psychiatric and Drug Tests for free. The applicant with minor defects will undergo corrective measures and coaching .exer.cises. The PR02 Coaster will then transport these applicants to· and from the academies during the application period to guarantee safety and security while traveling as well as minimize additional bus/ airplane fares.

5. To consolidate master list of Senior High School Grade 12 students in the division for the Project AYER program, the Department of Education Schools Division of Nueva Vizcaya through the Youth Formation Unit shali prov:lcie an online form (with the link: (http: I I deped.iniProjectAYER) that will serve as pre-application for interested applicants that will be forwarded to PR02.

In consonance with Executive Order No. 70 Institutionalizing the Whole-of-Nation Approach In Attaining Inclusive and Sustainable Peace, Creating a National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict, and Directing the Adoption of a National Peace Framework, Police Regional Office 2 conceptualized the Project: A .Y.E.R. as a way of winning the

3. A Screening Committee will be organized to coach the would-be applicants. 4. The Regional Health Service 2 and Crime laboratory 2 will conduct

Every year. this Project targets to accommodate at least 40 applicants' region-wide with an expectation rate of 90% admittance in the Academy through the recommendation of the PR02 Screening Committee.

It is likewise foreseen that these applicants, if they are accepted in the academy, will 1 1 learn the value of volunteerism and philanthropy and will help other would-be applicants when they graduate from the Academy, once they are financially able.
