The scenic shoreline of Lake Havasu State Park is an ideal place to enjoy beautiful beaches, nature trails, boat ramps, and convenient campsites. This spot is truly a haven for watersports, located near the famous London Bridge of Lake Havasu City. The park offers four boat ramps, 47 campsites, a special events area, picnic area, beach area, the Mohave Sunset Trail, and the Arroyo-Camino Interpretive Garden. Both Arizona and California share jurisdiction of these waters. Boat Ramps There are two boat ramps located in Lot 2 by the day-use areas west of the ranger station. There is one boat ramp for launching personal watercraſt located in Lot 1 north of Lot 2. Visitors staying in the park may launch from our newest boat ramp located in the Oversized Boat Parking area south of Lot 3B. Non-motorized Watercraſt Non-motorized watercraſt may launch from any boat ramp in Lot 1 and Lot 2. Visitors staying in the park may launch non- motorized watercraſts from the boat ramp located in the Oversized Boat Parking area south of Lot 3B. If you’re having a great time here, don’t forget to visit one of the four nearby state parks! Cattail Cove State Park (18 miles) A quiet spot for river campers, this park offers a white sand beach, 32 rustic boat-in campsites, a boat launch area, and more park development on the horizon! The park has a trail for hiking and access to off-highway vehicle back-country roads. (928) 855-1223 River Island State Park (28 miles) This park is ideal for tent campers and provides a scenic respite, a desert escape, or a fun-filled water adventure. It offers campsites, ramadas, a sandy beach, cove, and boat launch area. The park has a trail for hiking and access to off-highway vehicle back- country roads. (928) 667-3386 Buckskin Mountain State Park (29 miles) Mountains line the river on both the Arizona and California sides, and the wildlife is as varied as the recreational opportunities along the river. This picturesque park provides a scenic respite and a fun-filled escape from the desert heat. The scenic shoreline of Lake Havasu State Park is an ideal place to enjoy beautiful beaches, nature trails, boat ramps, and convenient campsites. This spot is truly a haven for watersports, located near the famous London Bridge of Lake Havasu City.
