Bluegrass Music Festival Seating Policy and Etiquette: You may select and set your concert chair location on Tuesday at noon. It will remain in place for the entire event. Aisles, divisions and entry points will be clearly marked. If your seat is unoccupied at the start of an act anyone may use it thru the end of that specific performance. If someone is in your seat at the beginning of an act you plan to see, you politely ask for your seat and it will be given up by the occupant. Plan and choose your seating location carefully for visibility, sound levels and ease of ingress and egress. Pets: Lake Havasu State Park is pet friendly. Dogs in the park must always be on a 6-foot controlled leash. Responsible pet ownership must always be exhibited. The white sand beaches and festival vendor areas are off limits to pets.
