PLAN DE IGUALDAD-FAQ

❑ A transition/grace period will take place during the first year of Horizon Europe: this eligibility criterion doesnot concern calls for proposals with deadlines in 2021 and will only be enforced as of calls with deadlines in2022.

❑ the GEP can be written in the national language(s) used in the organisation.

❑ Other categories of legal entities, such as private-for-profit organisations, including small and medium-sizedenterprises (SMEs), or non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and civil society organisations (CSOs), are notconcerned.

❑ This requirement concerns legal entities applying as beneficiaries as well as affiliated entities.

❑ Regarding countries, the requirement concerns organisations established in EU Member States andAssociated Countries. Non-associated third countries are not concerned.

ROL DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN PARTICIPANTE

LOS PROYECTOS NO NECESITAN CUBRIR TODOS LOS ROLES

With regards to topic HORIZON-CL3-2021-FCT-01-06: Domestic and sexual violence are prevented and combated , given the currenteligibility conditions for this topic, to include at least 2 Police authorities, are local police forces and corps eligible as soon as theseauthorities have the competences on domestic and sexual violence prevention and counterfight?

The topic HORIZON-CL3-2021-FCT-01-06 requires at least two Police Authorities and at least two Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) from at least threedifferent EU Member States or Associated countries.

According to the first part of the above-mentioned criterion, police forces and corps with the competences on domestic and sexual violence prevention and counter-fight can be considered eligible, if duly justified in the table “Eligibility information about practitioners” in the application form with all therequested information, following the template provided in the submission IT tool.

Please also note that, in the context of this topic, ‘Police Authorities’ means public authorities explicitly designated by national law, or other entities legallymandated by the competent national authority, for the prevention, detection and/or investigation of terrorist offences or other criminal offences,

specifically excluding police academies, forensic institutes, training facilities as well as border and customs authorities.
