I would like to thank everyone for a fantasc start to the year. Happy Holidays Harmony Day Lynbrook Primary School will be holding our annual Harmony Day Celebraons on Friday 27th March with all children asked to wear clothes represenng their cultural background or Orange which is the official colour of Harmony Day. The day will be jammed packed with acvies and an assembly starng at 11.30-12.30pm with all parents/ guardians invited to aend. Early Dismissal School will finish at 2.30pm on Friday 27th March due to the end of term. “No Smoking” around Schools From 13 April 2015, smoking will be banned within four metres of an entrance to all primary and secondary schools in Victoria, and within the school grounds, under an amendment to the Tobacco Act 1987. While smoking was banned on the grounds of all Victorian Government schools by the Minister for Educaon in 2009 via a Ministerial Ban Order, the new bans are enshrined in legislaon and will also apply to Catholic and independent schools in Victoria, thereby ensuring a consistent approach across the government and non-government sectors. Harmony Day

Immunisation Certificates

A reminder letter will be going home to parents who have not yet presented their child’s “up to date Immunisation Certificate” to the office, please do so by Friday 27th March. It would be appreciated if you could forward these documents as soon as possible as these records must be kept accurate.

Essential Items Levy -NOW DUE

It would be appreciated if parents could pay their essential Fees of $135 by Friday 27th March.
