This amazes me. Every so often we getsome customer who flies off the handlebecause in order to get a new loan theyneed to bring any old liabilities current;including taxes, child support anddelinquent liens.



This is not your mortgage companiesfault. This is your fault. If you haveoutstanding debts the bank will requireyou to pay them. There is little you cando about it.



Remember your taxes, childsupport and other liens are notthe bank’s problem, their yours.
