Captain,I realize I might have been harsh to remove all

active Moffs, Grand Moffs, and other politicians,

but they have actively sought to undermine the

Empire through their greedy, despicable actions.Only selfless men can lead selfless lives, and

politicians must be purged from their offices every

so often lest they get too comfortable. But that is

not the only reason.

Our recruitment numbers have been low, too low to

create a large enough force to truly challenge the

New Republic, at least not openly. The New Republic

owns 75% of all space, but that doesnt mean we own

25%. We are deeply fractured, and currently we

barely hold 8 sectors, a much too small area toeffectively draft a military. As such, we must look

to drastic measures, to the Clone Wars.

During the Clone Wars found itself in a similar

situation, where it was facing a numerically

superior foe, with easily available reserves while

itself having few or none to draw on. Technology

meant little, numbers simply were too low to run an

effective war. As such, they turned to cloning, a

technology that they didnt fully understand and

assigned men who could not fully comprehend theevents that they would set in motion.

Originally, the Kaminoan Technology could grow a

full intelligent and physically perfect clone in

just under ten years. These clones proved to be the

elite of the elite, a perfect product of a perfect

system. However, Emperor Palpatine could not wait

10 years between shipments of clones. As such, he

secretly developed a new cloning technology, Spaarti

technology, where a fully mature clone could be

gotten in a matter of weeks, up to one year.

The side effect of such rapid cloning and flash

memories were largely inept troopers, with

incomplete training and weaknesses within their

design. However, this mattered little as they were

used to bolster the better soldiers while being a

wave that could wash over any enemy emplacement.

Their problems did not matter because they were just

cannon fodder.

I need this technology, and I need to improve it.We have the equipment and resources, we just needthe soldiers. As such, I will need to look into

possible locations where we can find these Spaarti

cylinders, and a few choice places already come to

mind. Sadly, the reason they come to mind is due to

the fact that the cylinders were already taken fromthere. However, there is one place where we might

find the necessary information.

The Emperor hid a massive memory bank on Obroa-Skai,

and the location of the only place that can possibly

have these cylinders, the Emperors hidden world of

Wayland. There, the Emperor stored all the Spaarti

cylinders that he took from the Kaminoans after

their rebellion as well as the ones from Centax-2,

and there would be the only place we can find a

facility capable of facilitating our needs. As

such, I am going to send you to Obroa-Skai. You

must break into the secured facilities there and

download all of the data there into a datacron,

which you will bring to me once you are ready.

Anyway, land in the Judicator, which will take you

to Obroa-Skai or as close as you want it to. Good

luck Captain, the entire campaign is laid at your

feet, we need that information.
