The Conecta is another novelty, a service that allows real-time communication between Stara and the Spraying Machines, ensuring fast and assertive answers.The Imperadores 3000 and 4000 can also count on Stara Telemetry and Weather Station. The Weather service has features like wind direction, which increases, even more, the application quality.

SPRAYING SYSTEM BOOMS

The new Imperadores count on the Double Line System, it consists of double spraying nozzles instead of one. They allow greater working speed amplitude, increasing the operational efficiency. The spray lines can work alternately or together. The spraying happens with ideal pressures, guarantees excellent application quality by maintaining drop size uniformity and avoiding drift.

The Imperador line is the only one in the world with central booms. It brings more application stability, ensuring up to 58% more chemicals solution on target.With 30 or 36-meter booms, there is a considerable crop damage decrement. The boom unfolding is automatic, letting the operations practical and safe.The booms are fixed at three points, which give them higher soil mirroring power, maintaining the stability and the application target. They are equipped with a damping system that prevents operational stress forces, increasing stability and service life.

Through the PWM Valve and the Load Sense Pump, the hydraulic system identifies the necessary oil amount to perform the activities, mainly the spray pump flow. With this control, there is on average plus 8 hp, saving up to 2.5% on fuel.

ENGINEThe new sprayers line is equipped with a Cummins 6.7-260 hp electronic engine, complying with the MAR-I legislation on the agricultural segment. The engine adjusts according to the spraying needy, saving fuel and increasing lifespan. Besides, the engine has low pollutants emission, less noise and vibration.

CHEMICAL UNDUCTION HOPPER AND RINSE TANKThe tank has a 35-liter capacity. It has an external system to wash the chemical bottles - It is not necessary to open the hopper - and its possible to reuse the water used to wash adding on the spraying chemical solution.

CHASSISThe Imperadores are assembled on a monoblock chassis. It reduces the vibrations and makes the assembly more stable ensuring efficiency and comfort.

The Individual Nozzle Control system performs the automatic nozzle shutdown when, through the Topper 5500, an area has already been treated, providing an efficient application with greater chemicals savings.

CHEMICALS SOLUTION TANKIt is made of polyethylene, with 4,000-liter capacity on the Imperador 4000 and 3,000-liter capacity on the Imperador 3000. Its baffles also reinforce its structure. The tank also has a clean internal device, which eliminates previous application leavings. It has two agitators, one hydraulic and one mechanical with a propeller, ensuring the chemical solution homogeneity.

CLEAN WATER TANKWith a 400-liter capacity, it makes the rinse tank filling and the triple chemical’s bottle washing easier. The tank is also used to clean the tank and spray line circuit.
