Certificate Programs Students earn a certificate upon successful completion of 12 credits (normally four courses) from applicable online courses through IFLR. Requirements for Certificate in International Food Law

• Total of 12 credits (normally four courses). • Three or more credits (one course or more) must be from the following:

o FSC 810 International Food Laws and Regulations o FSC 812 Food Laws and Regulations in the European Union o FSC 816 Codex Alimentarius – The Food Code

• And no more than one U.S.-focused course. Requirements for Certificate in United States Food Law

• Total of 12 credits (normally four courses). • Three credits must be from “FSC 811, Food Laws and Regulations in the United States.” • And no more than one internationally-focused course.

Interested in both certificates?

• Three credits can be applied toward both certificates. • Students may therefore earn both certificates after 21 credits (seven courses) credits instead of 24

credits (eight courses).
