Successful completion is a grade of 2.0 or higher. 05/21/2018 Certificate Programs Students earn a certificate upon successful completion of 12 credits (normally four courses) from applicable online courses through IFLR. Requirements for Certificate in International Food Law Total of 12 credits (normally four courses). Three or more credits (one course or more) must be from the following: o FSC 810 International Food Laws and Regulations o FSC 812 Food Laws and Regulations in the European Union o FSC 816 Codex Alimentarius – The Food Code And no more than one U.S.-focused course. Requirements for Certificate in United States Food Law Total of 12 credits (normally four courses). Three credits must be from “FSC 811, Food Laws and Regulations in the United States.” And no more than one internationally-focused course. Interested in both certificates? Three credits can be applied toward both certificates. Students may therefore earn both certificates after 21 credits (seven courses) credits instead of 24 credits (eight courses).
