Tubing Spool

▪ Flanged top and bottom connections available in sizes from 7-

1/16" through nominal 20"

▪ Pressure rating ranges from 2,000 psi through 15,000 psi

▪ Accepts a full line of single completion tubing hangers

▪ Provides a loading shoulder which can support tubing hanger

and sealing.

▪ Provides a sealing bore for hanger and packing.

▪ Provides secondary sealing for previous casing top.

▪ Provides a support and testing BOP after well completion.

Tubing Hanger

▪ Tubing hanger is used to hang the tubing from within the tubing head

by means of a thread.

▪ These load-bearing devices are installed in the top bowl of the tubing

head and are run through the BOP. Also doubling as a means to

access and manipulate additional smaller tubing lines that are utilized

down hole and extended to the surface on the outside of the tubing

string(s).

▪ Available for any type of single/multiple completion, most tubing

hangers accept a BPV that seals the tubing bore. Some hangers are

ported for hydraulic control lines, SSSV’s, or other types of completion

equipment.

▪ Sealing type can be rubber seal and metal seal.

Tubing Head Adapter

▪ A connection between the wellhead and the tree, the

adapter hangs no load nor provide a controlled seal bore.

▪ The smooth seal bore on a tubing head is used when

tubing is suspended from the tubing hanger

▪ For low-pressure completions, these tubing hangers are

not designed for tubing string manipulation or control lines.

▪ It is often installed along with X-mass tree after tubing.

Tubing Head


▪ Tubing head is an equipment attached to the casing spool used to

hang the tubing (smallest casing string) and seal the annulus

between the tubing and casing. It is mainly consisted with tubing

spool, tubing hanger, lockdown screw parts etc.

▪ Sealing type can be rubber seal and metal seal.

▪ On the bottom of casing head, designed with injection valve and

test pressure valve, in order to injection sealing grease and do

pressure testing on the sealing system.

Casing Head

Casing Hanger


▪ Fits standard wellheads.

▪ Easily engaging and latching cap screws enable quick installation.

▪ Meets a multitude of needs to suit your specific operation.

▪ Suitable for high H2S, chlorides, and HP/HT.

Casing Spool

▪ This straight-bowl casing spool eliminates the need for lockdown

screws to retain the bowl protector, creating fewer leak paths

than other standard casing spools and prevents wedge-locking of

pressure-energized parts (hangers, test plugs).

▪ Threaded, studded, or flanged outlets can be machined to

access the annulus, depending on your well.

▪ Bottom prep options range from metal seals to proprietary non-

metallic seals, also determined by your well conditions and

requirements.

Parallel Expanding Type This unidirectional expanding gate gives an extraordinarily high mechanical seating seal

force that acts simultaneously against both seats. The seating force is not affected by line

pressure fluctuations or vibrations.

Gate Valve


▪ Adapts to HPHT applications.

▪ Is designed for H2S service if required.


▪ Is manufactured in as-required temperature/material classes, PR & PSL.

▪ Is hand wheel operated or pneumatically or hydraulically actuated.

Solid Slab Type This design is made for demanding applications such as high pressure critical service choke

and kill manifolds, and as a safety shut-off valve operated by a hydraulic or pneumatic

actuator. Its bidirectional design with a floating gate moves parallel to the seats and effects a

tight seal under differential line pressure. The non-rising stem has a back-seating feature

that allows the stem bearings or packing to be replaced under pressure.

Split Type This bidirectional valve features a metal-to-metal seal between gates and seats, and seats to

body. Sealing is enhanced by an auto-seal system in which internal body pressure transmits

sealing compound from reservoirs in the seats to grooves around the seat bore, thus

preventing leaks. The parallel non-wedging gates allow the stem to be left unstressed

in either the open or closed position. Fully-skirted seats provide continuous protection of

gate sealing surfaces. A back-seating feature allows replacement of stem bearings or

packing under pressure.

Positive Choke Valve ▪ Ceramic or hard alloy types are available.

Adjustable Choke Valve ▪ Special high corrosion material and technology are employed for

stem and seat.

▪ High abrasion resistance, high corrosion resistance, and long life time.

▪ Pressure balanced sealing ring at external sleeve reduces switch

torque.

▪ Design of lock on external sleeve ensures stability.

Check Valve ▪ Hwayoo check valves are used to isolate pressure pumping

equipment from high-pressure treating fluids during fracturing

applications.

▪ Offered in three primary models, these rugged valves seal against a

complete range of pressure pumping fluids at pressures up to 20,000

psi CWP. Valves are available in 1½ to 4 inch bore sizes for standard

and reverse flow applications.

▪ Sour gas models are available.

Surface Safety Valve

Hwayoo Surface Safety Solutions provide our clients with fail-safe surface safety valves

(SSV) and reliable control panels for standard and demanding operations, such as

production, well intervention and stimulation.

Our safety valves are hydraulically or pneumatically actuated gate valves. The actuators,

either hydraulic or pneumatic, are designed and manufactured for simplicity, ease of

maintenance and adaptability in compliance with API 6A specifications and as required for

different applications of size, stroke and force.

Hydraulic Actuator Hydraulic Actuator is a ratio-piston-type actuator mounted on a reverse-

acting gate valve. It is designed to be fail-safe and fail-close. When

installed as part of a safety system, it will automatically close with the

loss of control pressure and will open automatically when the control

pressure is restored.

Pneumatic Piston Actuator Pneumatic Piston Actuator is a ratio-piston-type actuator mounted on a

reverse-acting gate valve. It is designed to be failsafe and fail-close.

When installed as part of a safety system, it will automatically close with

the loss of control pressure and will open automatically when the control

pressure is restored.

Wellhead Servicing Tool – BPV/ VR Plug Lubricator

Our lubricator assembly is designed to enable safe wellhead

servicing operations in 2K, 3.5K, 5K, 10K and 15K pressure classes.

The interface connections vary depending on your demands and

requirements, but we make sure they accommodate standard and

custom stroke lengths. All tools and accessories, such as BPV, VR

plugs, two-way check valves and hand tools, are available for API 6A

equipment.

The lubricator assembly consists of a lubricator, a VR plug or a BPV

(optional) and a Parmelee friction wrench, etc.
