Specifications.

Luminaire.The luminaire shall consist of a rear die-castback housing which encloses the ballast,lamp socket and reflector; and a refractorframe assembly.Ihe back casting assemblyshall mou nt agalnst the wall (or pole) and therefractor housing assembly shallfasten toit by means of concealed hinges and a singlepoint, positive acting latch. There shall beplated steel retaining charn attachedbetween the marn housing and refractorframe- Overall dimensions shall be 16"square x 103/s" deep.L.Jnits shall be prewired and equipped to bewall-mounted directly on conduit for surfacewiring without bending the conduit, or to arecessed outlet box, and shall require notools for lamp replacement.The optical train shall consist of the lamp,fluted specular aluminum reflector andmolded prismatic borosilicate thermalshock-resistant glass ref ractor.
