If thenumber of guests served is greater than theguarantee, you are responsible for the totalnumber of guests served.

3. Labor Charges:Chefs for food stations (carving, omelet, etc.):$200.00 per chef for two hours

Bartender Labor: $200.00 per attendant for fourhours.Staffing for bars: 1 bartender per 100-150 guests.Labor charge for food and beverage events withfewer than 25 guests: $200.00. Additional laborcharges may apply for additional servicesrequested, event changes made less than 48hours in advance or for extraordinary cleaningrequired by use of glitter, confetti or similar items.Room Re-Sets: If a room set-up is changedwithin twenty four (24) hours of the event, therewill be a minimum additional fee of $200.00 forthe re-set. Fee subject to increase depending onthe room size and complexity of the changes.

4. Pricing:All menu prices and items are subject to changeuntil such a time as banquet event orders (BEOs)have been signed and returned.

5. Food and Beverage Policies:All Food and Beverage, including alcohol, mustbe purchased through the Hotel and served byHotel staff. Alternate menu selections(vegetarian, etc.) will be deducted from the totalguarantee. Please also note that consuming rawor uncooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish oreggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness.

6. Meal Service:Plated meal service is based upon two hours ofservice.Breaks are based upon (30) minutes of service.Buffets (breakfast, lunch, reception and dinner)are based on (90) minutes of service.An extension of actual service times is subject toadditional labor fees.

7. Room Assignment and Seating:Function rooms are assigned by the hotelaccording to the anticipated guests count and setup requirements. The hotel reserves the right tomake room changes to a more suitable roomshould the initial requirements change.

Banquet seating will be rounds of ten (10) guests each. If a lower ratio is required, additional labor charges will apply. The Hotel will set tables and chairs 3% over the guarantee based upon space availability.

8. Linen:Table linen colors are White, Sandalwood andIvory. Napkins colors are White and Sand.Specialty linens and napkins are availablethrough outside sources at an additional charge.

9. Audio Visual:Presentation Services Audio Visual (PSAV) is ourin-house professionals providing aknowledgeable, on-site team and state of the artequipment.

There is a 23% service charge and current CAsales tax. Their direct line is 714-740-4668.

10. Displays, Decorations andEntertainment:All displays, exhibits, decorations, equipment andmusicians/entertainers must enter the Hotel viathe loading dock. Delivery time must becoordinated with the Hotel in advance. Specialingress and egress, insurance and securityrequirements may apply in the case of eventswith decor, sets, special lighting or special sound;please consult with your catering and eventmanager prior to finalizing such arrangements.Nothing may be attached to the walls andceilings. A walk-through is to be arranged with adesignated person and Hotel representative afterthe dismantling. You are responsible for obtainingall applicable fire marshal approvals or permitsrequired for your event by the city of Anaheim.

11. Security:Hotel does not provide security in the meetingand event space and all personal property left inthe meeting or event space is at the sole risk ofthe owner. You may elect to retain securitypersonnel to safeguard personal property in themeeting and event space, and/or Hotel reservesthe right based on its reasonable judgment torequire you to retain security personnel in orderto safeguard guests or property in Hotel. Anysecurity personnel retained by you must be atyour own expense and from a licensed securitycompany that meets the minimum standardsestablished by Hotel, including insurance andindemnification requirements, and at all timesremains subject to Hotel’s advance approval.

12. Signage and Branding:All events will be posted on our digital signagethroughout the hotel. Hotel approvedprofessionally printed signage and branding maybe displayed in the meeting areas. Pleasecoordinate with your event or catering managerfor approved locations prior to printing. The hoteldoes not permit affixing anything to the walls,doors, or ceilings that would leave damage.
