- 1985. 3 Established School of Architectural Engineering in the College of Science at Ansan, HYU (enrollment of 48 students)

- 1995. 3 First to adopt the specialized curriculum in Korea which requires the Architectural Design thesis and Architectural Engineering thesis to senior year students

- 1995. 8 Opening of Super Scale Structural Experiment Laboratory Sponsored by the Ministry of Science and Technology in Korea

- 1996. 3 First to establish Artificial Sky Dome in Korea, in Architectural Environmental Laboratory

- 2000. 3 Established Hanyang Graduate School of Architecture

- 2000. 3 Completed Architectural Design Hall for entire design studios, 660 m2
