ΕΛΛΑΔΑ ΚΑΙ ΕΥΡΩΠΑΪKH ΕΝΩΣΗ

Η Ελλάδα σαν μέλος της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης έχει μπει σε μία αγορά 260 εκατομμυρίων ανθρώπων, όπου έχουν καταργηθεί τα σύνορα και τα προϊόντα κινούνται χωρίς φόρους. Η οικονομία της Ελλάδας έχει βελτιωθεί αρκετά. Τα γεωργικά και τα κτηνοτροφικά προϊόντα έπαψαν να κινδυνεύουν να μένουν στις αποθήκες στο τέλος του κάθε χρόνου, αφού υπάρχει μία τόσο μεγάλη αγορά για την εξαγωγή τους.

Το ελληνικό εμπόριο αναπτύσσεται σε όλη την Ένωση φέρνοντας μεγαλύτερα κέρδη στη χώρα. Ο τεράστιος ελληνικός στόλος έχει τώρα αναλάβει μεγάλο μέρος από το εξωτερικό εμπόριο της Ευρωπαϊκής ΄Ενωσης.Το επίσημο νόμισμα της Ένωσης είναι πλέον το ευρώ, ένα πολύ γερό νόμισμα που βοηθάει πολύ στην ανάπτυξη της οικονομίας της Ένωσης και επομένως και της Ελλάδας.

Η Ελλάδα τώρα είναι μέλος μιας μεγάλης ευρωπαϊκής οικογένειας η οποία την προστατεύει και τη στηρίζει. Έτσι έχει καταφέρει να γίνει μια πιο σταθερή χώρα. Αισθανόμαστε πιο ασφαλείς και πιο σίγουροι για το μέλλον μας. Υπάρχει όμως φόβος ότι με την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση θα χαθεί η εθνική μας ταυτότητα και θα απομακρυνθούμε από τις εθνικές μας ρίζες. Η χώρα μας σιγά-σιγά, θα γεμίσει από ξένους που αγοράζουν γη και μένουν μόνιμα εδώ. Επίσης, οι Έλληνες όλο και περισσότερο θα επηρεάζονται από ξένα πολιτιστικά στοιχεία.

Σήμερα οι περισσότεροι βλέπουμε θετικά τη θέση της Ελλάδας στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση. Πιστεύουμε ότι το μέλλον ολόκληρης της Ευρώπης και φυσικά της Ελλάδας θα εξαρτηθεί από την ένωση αυτή.

Ο ΑΓΩΝΑΣ ΓΙΑ ΤΗ ΔΙΑΤΗΡΗΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΠΑΡΘΕΝΩΝΑ ΣΥΝΕΧΙΖΕΤΑΙ

Συμπληρώνονται φέτος 2442 χρόνια από την κατασκευή του Παρθενώνα

πάνω στο Βράχο της Ακρόπολης. Ο χρόνος και η ιστορία της Ελλάδας έχουν αφήσει πολλές πληγές πάνω στα μάρμαρα του Παρθενώνα. Λίγο μετά την απελευθέρωση της Ελλάδας, οι αρχαιολόγοι ανέλαβαν τη φροντίδα του ναού. Οι καθαρισμοί, οι ανασκαφές και οι αναστηλώσεις συνεχίζονται μέχρι τις μέρες μας. Τα τελευταία μάλιστα τριάντα χρόνια γίνεται μια πολύ συστηματική επιστημονική μελέτη και αναστήλωση των μαρμάρων του Παρθενώνα. Μια ομάδα εβδομήντα ανθρώπων η οποία αποτελείται από αρχιτέκτονες, πολιτικούς μηχανικούς, χημικούς και φυσικά μαρμαροτεχνίτες, εργάζεται σκληρά για τη διατήρηση του σημαντικού αυτού πολιτιστικού μνημείου. Τμήματα του ναού αφαιρούνται προσεχτικά, καθαρίζονται, συντηρούνται και τοποθετούνται πίσω στη σωστή τους θέση. Οι Αθηναίοι έχουν συνηθίσει από χρόνια να βλέπουν σκαλωσιές και γερανούς μέσα

και γύρω από τον Παρθενώνα. Ο πιο επικίνδυνος εχθρός του Παρθενώνα στην εποχή μας όμως δεν είναι ο χρόνος αλλά η πρόοδος. Η Ακρόπολη βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, μιας ευρωπαϊκής μεγαλούπολης με σημαντική βιομηχανία και ένα μεγάλο αριθμό αυτοκινήτων. Η πρόοδος της πόλης έχει μολύνει την ατμόσφαιρά της. Οι χημικές ουσίες του μολυσμένου αέρα κάθονται πάνω στα μάρμαρα και με τη βροχή παρασύρουν μικρά κομμάτια από το ναό. Έτσι η επιφάνεια του Παρθενώνα σιγά – σιγά φθείρεται και χάνεται. Πολλά γλυπτά που είχαν απομείνει πάνω στο ναό φυλάσσονται τώρα στο Μουσείο της Ακρόπολης και έχουν αντικατασταθεί με αντίγραφα. Βρισκόμαστε ίσως στην πιο κρίσιμη στιγμή της ιστορίας του Παρθενώνα. Ελπίζουμε ότι οι επιστήμονες θα μπορέσουν να βρουν νέους ασφαλείς τρόπους για να διαφυλάξουν για τις επόμενες γενιές το σύμβολο αυτό του ελληνικού πολιτισμού.
