Summer14* location 3 a ginnel real estate magazine
am excited to kick-off the New Year with a new installation of L3 Magazine: The Winter Issue. As we vow to eat better, exercise more and accom-plish all of those things left undone in 2012, at Ginnel Real Estate we also embrace this new beginning as a time to take a fresh look at and reinvigorate our marketing and sales techniques for even bet-ter results. We look forward to a positive upturn in 2013, and a more predictable and rational market: the inventory of homes has been reduced as demand continues to pick up!
In our third issue, we invite you to escape winter’s doldrums through a new assortment of striking portfolios and fascinating exposés. Take comfort in the ease of modern amenities as we explore winters of Bed-ford’s past+, warm up after a day of snowy fun with TRUCK Restaurant’s Green Chile Stew, recipe included+, and join Seema Boesky in our first L3 Community Questionnaire+. Additionally, we chose to embrace our motto of “Specializing in the Unusual,” in a new selection of unique homes for sale+. Ginnel Real Es-tate continues to maintain a long tradition of representing many of our area's most interesting properties.
We have had such a positive response to L3 so far and hope that you continue to enjoy our contributions. 2013 will be a year of growth and giving back at Ginnel in many aspects and you will be the first to hear about our new initiatives as a subscriber of our magazine. Don’t
forget to add L3 to your newsstand to receive the latest updates.Cheers to a wonderful 2013!
* Phrasal etymologists continue to struggle in their quest to discover the origin of the famous Realtor mantra, Location, Location, Location. It's quite obvi-ous it was coined in 1680, right here in Bedford.
