SILVERA is a former Jamaican Police Officer wanted in his native Jamaica for the

murder of two individuals in 2004.

Dob: February 15, 1951 511, Hazel eyes

Subject is wanted and is on the United States Marshal "15" Most Wanted

list. Wanted on multiple counts of Sexual Assault on a Child out of San Diego,

California. He is an auto mechanic by trade and loves vintage cars. He has been

the subject of countless press releases and has also been featured on America's

Most Wanted. There have been numerous alleged sightings of him in

Ontario. Wanted since 2005.

investigation into the murder of the Heirs' wife. An arrest warrant for murder was

taken out for Daniel Heirs on Thursday, March 31, 2005.
