Scholarship Program • Sent out application to 100 High

Schools in Tarrant County on February 1st

• Received $57,000.00 in company commitments

• Received $151,040 in university commitments

• In 2011 we gave out $177,000.00 in scholarships.

• This year we will award $211,040.00

Ambassador Program • This program is designed to help with member retention by

encouraging our membership to get more involved

• Meet on a monthly basis

• They act as an extension of the Chamber

– Attend Chamber events as well as events that the Chamber is asked to attend

– Assist in building relationships with our members and communicating their needs to the liaison

• Currently have 16 Ambassadors but looking to grow

• Focus this year will be on recruiting new members
