SITUATION AND LOCATION
The two Lots are located on the south-eastern edge of Coleshill, with farm land oneither side. Access to Lot 1 is from Packington Lane and access to Lot 2 is fromHawkeswell Lane with a through access currently available.
The entrance to the football ground is through metal gates with brick flanking wallsonto a gravel drive, with sleeper edgings, leading to the Clubhouse. Off to the right isa car park.

DESCRIPTION
The land is currently owned freehold and leased both to Coleshill Town Football Cluband Dosthill Colts FC, with the latter on a formal ground share leasing arrangement. The Colts pay an annual sum of £25,000 for the sharing facility. Within thisarrangement, the Colts run and maintain the existing Clubhouse, changing facilitiesand sports bar. The ground consists of a main floodlit pitch with goals and two smallstands and barrier surrounds. There is a second full sized pitch used for training andleague matches.
