The Renal Research Institute is proud to host the 23rd International Conference on Dialysis, Advances in Kidney Disease 2021. Our program is presented by renowned speakers and will continue to emphasize new technology and therapeutics in the field of chronic kidney disease and current issues facing the renal community.

This annual meeting is open to all academic and research organizations and is intended to meet the needs of practicing and academic nephrologists, nephrology nurses, pediatric nephrologists and nephrology fellows-in-training who work in the field of chronic kidney disease and end-stage kidney disease. This conference is jointly provided by Amedco, LLC and Columbia University.

As we embark on this “new normal,” we expect the attendance for this virtual event may surpass 350 registrants this year and are very excited about the interest expressed by many of prior year’s registrants:

ScheduleThe exhibit hall will be open for the duration of the conference from January 26 – May 1. During the conference there are dedicated exhibit hours each day.

How to Set Up Your Virtual BoothWe will notify you when the vFairs platform is available and active for setup. Setting up your virtual booth is easy. Just follow the step by step guide within the platform to upload assets. Assets and specifications will vary based on your exhibitor booth selection.

All information and graphics must be uploaded and completed by 4:00pm, Monday, January 11, 2021. If your exhibit is not completed by 4:00pm on Monday, January 11, 2021, RRI reserves the right to reassign the space to another exhibitor. In such an event, the exhibitor forfeits the space and will not be given a refund.

Exhibitor RegistrationAll exhibitors are required to register for the conference online. Once registered, the exhibitor contact will receive instructions on how to register. Please see sponsorship specifications to view the number of complimentary registrations that are included with your booth.

All registrations not included in support level, are required to register online at: www.renalresearch.com.

Payment Payments will be made via credit card through the Online Exhibitor Application.

CancellationAll cancellations of exhibit space must be submitted in writing to the RRI by December 31, 2020. Such cancellations will entitle a refund less $500 processing fee. All refunds will be provided within 2-3 weeks of cancellation. Cancellations received after December 31, 2020 will forfeit all deposits or payments made for their respective exhibit space. If RRI is prevented from hosting the International Conference on Dialysis by major force, including but not limited to any act of God, act or omission of civil military authorities of state or nation, fire, strike, flood, riot, terrorist attack or war, exhibitor will not hold RRI liable for any damages or losses for failing to hold the conference as scheduled.
