This November Qatar Tourism Authority in partnership with Design

Creationz brings to you the 8th edition of the Heya Arabian Fashion

Exhibition.

The most recent Spring & Summer exhibition took a step forward and

was transformed into much more than a shopping destination. We

celebrated a unique lifestyle destination for women to enjoy the newly

introduced social zones, coffee shops and the first ever fashion shows.

The revelation of the new look captivated fashion designers from across

the region, visitors, prominent socialites and celebrity guests.

The 8th edition is scheduled for this November 2015 and will mark the

beginning of yet another leap in its’ progression. The exhibition positions

Doha as the Arabian Fashion Platform for regional and international

designers. We look forward to showcasing new talent from across the

globe with new additions to our line-up which shall include our first fashion

forum hosted by world renowned connoisseurs from the industry, a fresh

theme, media partnerships, international fashion trade interest and many

parallel activities.

The 7th Edition Heya Arabian Fashion Exhibition was an astounding

success with the envisioned focus of Qatar Tourism Authority in

partnership with Design Creationz to make Doha the Arabian Fashion

Platform.

For the eighth Edition we position the Arabian Fashion Platform in Doha

even more by bringing in two of our international partners Sheikhahub

and Times of India.

SHEIKHAHUBSheikhahub is a leading social business marketing company in fashion,

which has curated many outstanding fashion programs. Most notably

include the ASEAN Designer project, a first ever collaboration among

ASEAN fashion designers to produce a capsule collection of modest

fashion and the Sheikhahub World Islamic Fashion Forum (SWIFF). The

company tagline is fashion meets social responsibility.

TIMES OF INDIA

The Times of India is the third largest daily newspaper in India and

is the largest selling English newspaper in Asia. Established in 1838

the publication has always maintained its beat till date. With the Heya

Arabian Fashion Exhibition on the horizon TOI hopes to bring 10 of

India’s top fashion designers to Qatar with prominent brands such as:

Ritu Kumar, Rohit Bal, Satya Paul, Masaba Gupta, Ritu Kumar, Rina

Dhaka and Rajesh Pratap Singh just to name a few.

In a joint effort to promote the love of fashion TOI is eager to come

to Qatar where they will be organizing fashion shows and frequent

designer exclusive Trend Speak sessions. Guests can explore,

touch fabric, understand techniques and have the opportunity to ask

questions to the visiting designers themselves.

For the 8th Edition Heya Arabian Fashion Exhibition is taking a step and

going global. By joining Qatar Tourism Authority and Design Creationz

in this journey exhibitors will not only have the opportunity to gain local

and international recognition, maximum brand mileage and targeted

marketing to our elite women database, but will also gain by being

part of our amazing vision of Doha becoming The Hub of the Arabian

Each design and location of your chosen boutique styled space will

ensure your brand prominence and maximum marketing millage for

Designers were welcomed to share their collections to the copious

fashion enthusiasts who had frequented the recent exhibition in June.

The Grand opening featured an exclusive presentation of top designs

from the most sought after brands. Celebrity TV presenter from MBC

Hind Boumchamar interviewed dominant exhibitors discussing the

latest trends and their experiences. The 7th edition called out to an

elite following of personalities such as Najwa a famous actress, well

known bloggers like Fatima Al Thani, Mitheyel Al Ali and the Real

Fouz just to mention a few.

We look forward to the next exhibition in November to be an even

greater success. The past edition drew the attention of the most in

demand radio, TV stations and social media channels to gather to the

most talked about destination. MBC, Qatar Radio, Qatar Television,

Al Rayan Television, Jeem Television, Snap Television, QNA Arabic,

Reuters, Xinhua, Qatar Living and Qatar hub populated the exhibition

daily.

Everyday several shows have been incorporated into the format

with a combination of Fashion shows and forums. International

powerhouses and international influencers have confirmed their

participation. HEYA Fashion Forum, Times of India, International

speakers, International guest talks, Interactive Q&A sessions and

fashion shows are all events to look forward to.

Press conference & opportunities to participate

In the most recent edition of the Heya Arabian Fashion Exhibition,

Qatar Tourism Authority and Design Creationz had organized

a momentous joint press conference and special event at the

Grand Hyatt Doha. After the press conference VIP officials and

a select few socialites were able to preview the limited edition

collections from the top participating designers.

The 8th Edition of the Heya Arabian Fashion Exhibition will be

announced this September where we have planned yet another

exciting reveal. You may be one of the participating exhibitors on
