1Book our best ferry only fares

How to LoginIf you are logging into the system for the first time and have a credit accountwith Stena Line, simply click on the New User link and complete your ABTAor account number, password and the email address you would like youremail confirmations sent to, preferably a shared mailbox address, and click OK.You may then login and start using the system straight away.

You can only have one login per ABTA or account number.

Please note that although you have one e-mail address set up, you may recallany booking and send this to an e-mail address of your choice.

What can I do on the Home Page?The Home Page screen is the main control for online booking and on thisscreen you can:

• Select from a choice of 2 options:Click here for our best ferry only fares ORDay Trips, contract rates and other products

• Either progress to the reservations page by clicking for our best ferryonly fares or select a product you want and click on Book now! toactivate the booking.

• Recall a previous booking made online and amend it. Please note that youmay only recall bookings made by telephone, but not amend or cancel them.

• You can look up statistics for your branch.

• You can also change your password or the e-mail address to where youremail confirmations are sent.

• If you click on the Home button at any point during the booking process, itwill bring you back to this screen if this is where you started the bookingprocess.

To make a standard booking choose the option:

Click here for our best ferry only fares.

Route and Date• Select Single or Return journey depending on which you would

like to book.

• If you have been given a promotional code, please enter this in the Offer Code box.

• Select an outward and return route and the required travel dates.

• Click Continue to move to the next stage.

2 Passengers and Vehicles• On this screen you select the number of passengers travelling.

• If you have a different number of passengers on the outward andhomeward journeys, simpy click the Different party sizeout/return? box.

• Select how the passenger(s) will be travelling by either clicking With a vehicle (default) or On foot with no vehicle.

• Enter the vehicle type and add any caravans or trailers if needed.

• Click Continue to move to the next page or Go back if youwould like to amend any details on the previous page.

3 Sailings and Fares• On this screen you choose the outward and homeward sailing your

customer would like to travel on.

• You will also have the option of booking an Economy, Flexi orPremium fare.

• Economy: offers your customers the lowest fare, butamendments are subject to a fee* and no refund is due if thebooking is cancelled.

• Flexi: a more flexible fare, no amendment fee* for changes andrefunds payable if the customer cancels the booking.

• Premium: optimum flexibility and supplementary services, suchas access to the Stena Plus lounge and express boarding anddisembarkation.

• Please note that the fares quoted are for ferry travel only and donot include the fuel surcharge or any extra items.

• You can also view Earlier or Later sailings by clicking on the links tothe right of the display panels.

• Click Continue to move to the next stage or Go back to amendany previous details.

*Please note, any difference in fare or cost of extra items added ispayable.

Enter your details in the 3 boxes and click Login.

Helpful hints:

• Your password is case and space sensitive and should be entered in exactlythe same way as it was registered.

• Throughout the agent booking process – click on ? to give you help on thatparticular section.

4 Onboard• On this screen you have the option to add Stena Plus and/or

cabins for the outward and homeward sailings.

• The price of the booking will appear with a summary of the sailingdetails. For a cost breakdown click on the price and view the newwindow on the screen.

• Pre-book meals at a special online rate.

• Click Continue to move to the next stage or Go back to amendany previous details.

5 Booking Summary• A booking summary will appear on the page. If any of the details

are incorrect click to Go back and amend the details otherwiseclick to continue.

• Click on the price for a costing breakdown if needed.

6 Passenger Details• If your customer has a Compass Points loyalty membership number,

enter it here to allow them to earn points on this booking (pleasenote that points cannot be redeemed for a client online, please callReservations for assistance). You must also enter the name andtelephone number for the Compass Points holder.

• You must enter the details of all passengers travelling includingtheir age category and nationality and any special needs.Please note that customers with special needs may NOT travel onthe Fleetwood - Larne service.

• You also need to enter the vehicle registration number underVehicle Details.

• Click Confirm to make the booking or click Go back to amendany previous details.

• After you have clicked to confirm the booking you will move to thefinal stage of the booking process.

7 Confirmation• The booking is now complete and the 8 digit booking reference is

displayed as confirmation of this. If this screen does not appearthere is a problem and you should call Reservations for assistance.

• You have the choice to either view or print an E-ticket &Reservation Advice at this point.

• You may also send your customer a FREE SMS text message withbrief details of the booking if they happen to be on the move.My bookings can be accessed by clicking on Home Page andthen Booking History.

• You may also recall the booking and send the client a copy withyour agency address and contact details.

Book Day Trips & other productsHome PageTo make a day trip booking, use a contract rate or use other non-standardproducts, please click on the box that reads Day Trips, contract rates andother products.

• Choose the product you wish to book from the product type/destination drop down menu.

• When the product displays, simply click on the Book now! text to activate the booking.

• The symbol indicates if more information is available about a product.

• You may then move to step 1 of the booking process, which is displayed onthe bar on the right hand side of the screen.

• Enter your outward and homeward routes & dates of travel, and theavailable sailings for the chosen dates will appear, please click on therelevant sailing.

Passenger, Vehicle & Stena Plus / Cabin• On this screen you enter the number of passengers travelling each way and if

they require upgrades such as Stena Plus or cabins and vehicle details.

• Click Different party size out/return? for different passenger numberson the outward and homeward journeys and enter the relevant information.

• Stena Plus or cabins are shown if available and you choose these from thedrop down menu.

• Please note that if you choose any onboard accommodation fromthe drop down lists, it will be booked for EVERYONE in the party!For example, if you have 4 persons on the booking and select a 2 berth cabin, it will book 2x2 berth cabins.

• If you wish to see the summary of what you have booked so far, at any timeduring the booking process – simply click on Your Trip.

• After you have entered all the details you can, get your price by clicking onCalculate Price at the bottom of the page.

• If you are an agent or operator with contract rates, please remember toclick on Click box if contract rate applies before clicking on Calculate Price.

Passenger Registration Details Screen• On this screen you must enter the details of all passengers travelling

including their age category and nationality.

• Simply enter the passengers one at a time and click Add to list.

• If they have a disability, please select this from the drop down list, but alsoadvise customers to identify themselves at check-in if they requireassistance.

Booking Final Check• If your customer has a Compass Points loyalty membership number, enter it

here to allow him or her to earn points on this booking.

• Please enter your customers contact telephone number so we can either callor text them in the event of their sailing being delayed of cancelled.

• This is your final check of the booking – if you are happy, please confirm.Please remember to only press confirm once. The booking is not madeuntil you click confirm.

Booking Complete!• The booking is now complete and the 8 digit booking reference is displayed

as confirmation of this. Please call for assistance if this page does notappear.

• You can either view or print the E-ticket & Reservation Advice at this stage.

• You may also send your customer a free SMS text message with briefdetails of the booking if they happen to be on the move.

Recall, change or cancel a bookingFinding the BookingHelpful hint – you may only recallthose bookings which have beenmade on this website and NOTTHOSE made on stenalineagent.com.Bookings made by phone may berecalled to view, but may not beamended or cancelled online.

• To amend, recall or cancel a booking, click on the Booking History link at the top of the screen.

• Locate the booking in four ways:By 8 digit Booking ReferenceBy SurnameBy Booking PeriodBy Date Range

• When you have found the booking you require, simply click on the relevant symbol to the right of it:

View: View an existing booking, print off a summary or re-send it to yourregistered e-mail address.

Amend: When you want to amend any details of the booking such as datesor times.

Cancel: To be only used when cancelling a booking. Cancellations are subjectto the cancellation charges linked to the product booked.

Like a new booking, you will also receive an e-mail confirming the newchanges you have made to the booking.

Cancelling a booking• When you have clicked on the Cancel Booking button the booking reference will appear along with the

cancellation charges due (if applicable).

• At this stage you have a choice of clicking YES if you wish to go ahead and cancel the booking or Close if you do not.

• When you click on the Confirm button the booking will be cancelled and a screen will appear asking forconfirmation.

• When you cancel a booking you will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation along with the details of thebooking and any cancellation charges due.

Profile PageThis page allows you to do the following:

• View your account details.

• View and change your registered e-mail address and password.

• Select a preferred route if you tend to book mostly on one route e.g. if youselect Holyhead – Dun Laoghaire, then it will default to this route in the firstinstance, but it does not stop you changing this to other routes if required.
