Carnforth (temporary to cover maternity leave)We are looking for a part time Patch Leader for our Kendal branch (20 hours a week) and a temporary Patch Leader for our Carnforth branch to cover maternity leave (40 hours a week).
The successful candidates must have at least 3 years care experience and ideally have a minimum of NVQ Level 2. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, or have some team leadership experience as you will oversee a team of up to 10 staff.
Duties will include mentoring new staff, dealing with day-today concerns from your team, and providing a vital link in communicating information from the Management Team to the carers and clients and vice versa. You will also be providing care and support to clients alongside your Patch Leader role.
