all your efforts ‐ you have put a number of other charities to shame ‐ and I'm tempted to circulate yours as an example of best practice.
It makes all our soul‐searching over choosing which charities to support feel really
worth it when we can read reports like yours and feel very confident that the funding is going where it needs to go and making a difference ”

AfriKids and Deutsche BankWhat AfriKids can Offer – Feedback and Appreciation
“You guys write some seriously good prose ‐ talk about inclusive ‐maybe its
not rocket science but why hasn't anyone made me feel like this about a charity before?”
Ali Tovey, Standing Order Donor, July 2009
“I was with a client, who was telling me about the wonderful children's work he gets from "one African charity". It didn't take me long to guess who he was
talking about!
Afrikids is being used by one of the most discerning donors as a model of
wonderful feedback. It's no surprise, as your work is fantastic, but you should feel proud.”
Paul Berstein, CEO of ARK05 February 2009

As the UK moves out of recession and charitable giving is reassessed, the work of corporate‐charity partnerships and particularly work with smaller charities that offer p ydonors better value for money will be in focus.
Coverage not only improves the image of the organisations but increases the support base for AfriKids and helps build the level of income we will receive from new sources when the Deutsche Bank partnership comes to an end.
