Australia and the South Pacific, serving high profile clients from government,

operations are conducted under AS/NZS 2299.1:2007. This ensures

the safety of our divers and the integrity of our procedures. The

company is an accredited provider for IACS Class Body in-water

surveys and we presently hold the following Classification Society

approvals; Det Norske Veritas; Germanischer Lloyd; Lloyds Register

of Shipping and Bureau Veritas.

Management, and the company has an excellent track record working in

sensitive environments, with much of our work completed within the fragile

environment of the Great Barrier Reef, with structure controls and

We take our environmental impact seriously - from minimal promotional

printing, recycling, minimising unnecessary power consumption and vehicle

Warwick Camplin established the company

in 2006 in response to industry demand for

a higher standard of commercial diving and

marine support in Far North Queensland.

Rapid growth, supported by robust, quality

assured systems saw Camplin MCI quickly

become a preferred supplier along the

Australian East Coast. Seeing an

opportunity to further service industry,

Camplin MCI developed highly mobile

systems to respond rapidly and deploy

almost anywhere in the country and

throughout the Pacific Rim.

mining and resources sector and major

Camplin MCI has significant experience in the provision of underwater welding services, from anode

installation to underwater structural repairs, our specifically developed wet weld procedures are the solution.

Developed in conjunction with Hydroweld UK, we offer American Weld Standard D3.6M welds in three

catagories, with staff certified under our own wet welding procedure.

We use and recommend Hydroweld & Broco electrodes, currently the only wet welding electrodes approved for

permanent and temporary repairs by the BMOD, certified by the TWI and are NATO codified.

Our 16 metre Crew Accommodation/Research Vessel, Coral Emperor, has

been used extensively up and down the Great Barrier Reef, for numerous

Scientific Research Projects, Film and Television Documentaries, including

the acclaimed BBC Series 'Great Barrier Reef'. With Hiab Crane Arm, ample

deck spaces, large duck board, 50,000cuft air storages banks and Air

compressor capable of supporting both Scuba and Surface Supplied Air, the

vessel is perfect for research trips and extended stays at sea.

The vessel has been used for core sampling and university marine projects.

With a variety of extremely experienced crewing options - we are thepreferred solution for such charters, long or short term.

We can also offer extensive warehousing, logistics and quartermaster

support services for your voyage.

Our DDC is housed in a 20ft Lloyds certified container for easy

transport.
