• DTC has already procured 600 Non-AC Low Floor Buses and 25 AC Low Floor Buses.

• It has placed an order for 1,500 Non-AC Low Floor Buses and 1,000 AC Low Floor Buses.

• DTC is also planning to procure 750 Non-AC Semi-Low Floor Buses and 250 AC Semi-Low Floor Buses.

• Transport Department also plans to introduce around 4,400 buses under the Scheme of Private Stage Carriage Corportisation.

Phasing out Blue Line Buses

Transport Department is working towards replacing the Blue-Line Buses with new modern low floor buses under the Scheme of Private Stage Carriage

projects.• It is recommended to develop Mono Rail and LRT Projects

under a Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project.

Covering of Drains – Parking Facility• A total area of 5,280 Sq. Meters to provide parking space for

more than 120 cars. • The key purpose is to provide parking facility in Ambedaker

Nagar area along BRT Corridor to prevent parking road side.
