Reminders – Last few days for

Income Tax and Company Act Returns ( ROC)

Dear Members,

A Quick Reminder to all.

• ROC returns are now due = Last date = 30 Oct 2010 ( if your AGM was dated

30.9.2010)

• Income Tax Audit Cases, Last date was extended to 15th Oct 2010. So, if yours is

still pending, Do it Now. ( Else penalty upto Rs 1.50 lakhs per case)

• TDS Challans ( deposit of TDS) for Sept 2010 = by 7th Oct 2010 ( tomorrow )

• TDS Returns, last date for Quarter two = by 15th Oct 2010.

• ROC Returns � New thing, ( you are required to e-file your returns, according to

the alphabet of your company name) –example if name of company starts from

alphabet “E , F , G, H , I, J , or K” ….then you have been allocated the dates of

6th Oct to 10th October. …

Commonwealth Games 2010

One last thing, the big huge Commonwealth Games are underway in New Delhi. Just

20 km from heart of Faridabad.

• This is something first time ever in India.

• This is biggest Commonwealth Games ever.

• This is bigger than Asiad 1982 ( if you remember them.)

Did you see the opening ceremony ? • It was fabulous.

• Mind boggling
