Broccoli and Mushroom Frittata

(This was a surprisingly very filling breakfast. It looked so small when I put it on this salad plate. But, after I cut into it and started eating – hunger was gone!)

Baked Cod Fish Tacos with Low Carb Flour Tortilla and Romoulade

(OK, so not the best photo. My hand was a bit shaky, and I wasn’t wearing my reading glasses. But, I have to say, there was a lot more fish than expected. Very filling. What IS Romoulade, anyway?!)

Buffalo Chicken with Bleu Cheese Dip

(Did they not hear me when I said I didn’t like Bleu Cheese? I ate the chicken and the celery. I was so glad that there was no chicken skin or bones. Very appetizing!)

Baked Turkey with Maple Mustard Sauce, Yam Wedges, Green Beans

(The yam wedges were to die for!!! Turkey was scrumptious. But, I still had to make something for my hubby. So, he got some salmon, brown rice and broccoli!)

(Extremely satisfying for my sweet tooth. I ate every single crumb! Nummy!

I am a Realtor in Altadena / Pasadena, California. As my schedule constantly changes on a daily basis, it’s difficult to shop and plan meals.
