Coaching Focus

The client has a goal in mind and the outcome – long-term or short-term. My job as a coach is to empower him or her to make choices that will make that happen. Coaching Process

• Individual Coaching Sessions are an hour and fifteen minutes.

• Team Coaching Sessions are an hour and a half to two hours.

• Facilitations and trainings are three hours to all day.
