Application Program• It is used to create and

maintain the database that provides information to its user

Repository• It contains all screens and report

formats, all data information, and definition of other organizations, and system components, which is centralized knowledge base

User Interface• These are languages, menu and

other facilities wherein the users interact with various system components

System Developers• These are person who design and

develop new application program such as programmer and system analysts

DBMS• In charge of access, security,

storage and a host of other functions for the database system

• Commercial program that is used to maintain and create the database

Data Administrator• Person who is responsible for

overall information from database

who operate and modify the data in the database and who request and receive information from database
