Metito supplies a wide versatile range of chlorine dioxide generator systems. Our Chlorine Dioxide generator systems were designed for the preparation of carefully controlled amounts of consistently high purity chlorine dioxide at varying volumes and can be used for small, medium or large demand applications. Our generators use two precursor chemicals (sodium chlorite and hydrochloric acid) with different concentrations, dependent on model and application. Both solutions are fed from standard drums or tanks directly into the reaction chamber where the precursors are converted into chlorine dioxide. Here the reaction between the chemicals is controlled and designed to provide a high yield of chlorine dioxide disinfectant. In doing so, the quantity of undesirable by-products, is minimised such as chlorites that otherwise would enter the water system. The chlorine dioxide generator systems are initiated by a water meter installed in the main water supply line. On-board system analysers check the dosing level and provide an additional control loop for system safety and integrity, whilst also providing information to both a local display and outputs to a BMS system if so desired. On-line monitoring of chlorine dioxide and its chlorite by-products is also available. This system generates chlorine dioxide for medium and large volumes of water- 1 to 2,000 g/h. The chlorine dioxide systems Metito CDVc are supplied pre-mounted and ready for connection. A cover design prevents incorrect operation. Metito CDVc has an integral metering pump, the capacity of which is coordinated to the system. Generation of 0 –10 g/h of chlorine dioxide in batch mode, equally suitable for both continuous and discontinuous operation.

This system generates chloride dioxide for large volumes of water – 9 to 7,500 g/h. Ready wired, complete chlorine dioxide systems Metito CDKc for the production, dosing and monitoring of up to 7500 g/h of chlorine dioxide from concept initial chemicals. A completely newly developed reactor oncept ensures the innovative generation and dosing of chlorine dioxide leading to enhanced operational safety and improved purity of the chlorine dioxide generated.
