Business presentation

Since 1992 we have been working upon the transformation of third parties steel plates using the latest CNC tools to process different kind of materials as polished- pickled- galvanized- electro galvanized- plates by aluminium and stainless steel. Thanks to many years of experience and thanks to well-established partnerships with our customers, we can guarantee customized solutions for highly demanding requirements.

In order to guarantee a reliable and constantly high-quality production, Tecnolam avails itself of a Quality Management System certified by UNI EN ISO 9001-2008. Moreover Tecnolam, aware that protection of the environment does not represent a limit but an opportunity and that a fair policy can drive towards benefits rather than disadvantages, has invested its own resources to obtain the Environment Certificate ISO 14001:2004. A few general information: - Tecnolam expands itself over a surface of 25.000 smq, - 16.000 smq are covered surface; - around 110 employees.

TECNOLAM COMPLETE PROCESSING Tecnolam works with the most modern CNC automatic equipment for the processing of the different kind of material.

Thanks to its structure it can handle both productions of individual manufactures and production for supply with

attendant management at Kanban and/or similar.

A) Planning and scheduling

Our Technical Department is made up by highly specialized and updated staff that works with the newest CAD-CAM

systems: thanks to this measure we are able to obtain a product corresponding to our clients’ expectations.

B) Laser cutting

Tecnolam benefits of the advantages of highly automatized machineries, that exploit a working plan up to 2.000 x

6.000 mm with a power from 5KW (BLM FIBER LASER YLS5000) to 6 KW (TRUMPH Y6000), that allow to work on

thickness from 03/10 up to 250/10 for iron and e up to 200/10 for stainless steel;

C) Laser combined punching machine

Newest generation Finn-Power with a working top of 4.200 x 1.500 that allows to work on plates both with laser and

punching machine, at the same time providing the service of threading, drawing and bending;

D) Punching machine and shears

Fully automatized Finn Power and Salvagnini machines that handle plates with dimension of up to 1.500 x 4.200

mm, and are equipped with a worktop with brush for at-sight-working and allow to work on plates with thickness

from 06/10 to 40/10;

E) Bending

This unit works with 12 GASPARINI CNC bending presses from 50 up to 450 tons able to bend up to 6.000 mm in

length;

F) Panelling

We are equipped with two CODATTO panelling machines whose worktop goes up to a 3.000 mm length and a depth

of 250 mm, up to a max thickness of 30/10;

G) Pressing /Drawing

Pressing with nominal thrust of kn 1.000 on a 3.100x2.230

mm worktop with pull-out overtop; pre-plate top sizes:

2.500x1.700 mm and push of the pre-plate pad: kn 500 with 4

cylinders with regulation of the independent pressures.

H) Calendering and mechanical working

Tecnolam has equipment for the calendering up to 3.000 mm in length and 8 mm in thickness.

The company has a brand new working unit with a worktop of 4.000 mm (see above).

I) Welding

The department is equipped for normal welding operations but also for the welding on thin thickness, MIG/TIG

welding and has 4 robotized machineries for a welding up to 6 meters;

K) CNC Machines

WORK TOP: MAX SIZES 4.000x1.000x600 This new vertical work unit with fix worktop and movable uprights allows to work up to a length of 4.000 mm on the entire top and also to create pendular, separated production cycles separated by a bulkhead, with two different programs. Thanks to the DIVIDING HEAD it is possible to work upon any kind tubular piece on different faces, up to a maximum diameter of 400mm.

J) Surface treatment

Tecnolam is able to supply - upon request – sand-blasting, slide grinding or satin

details, with particular regards to stainless steel;

L) Powder Coating

Our new coating plant with thermo hardening powders on ferrous – aluminium – hot galvanized or electrolytic pieces. MAXIMUM ENTRANCE SIZE : Related to different customer requests, a different mix between width and length, the highest achievable sizes are these ones:

WASHING UNITS: 6 washing station to complete the cycle for

ferrous material:

1-DEGREASING; 2-RINSING H2O; 3-PICKLING; 4- RINSING H2O; 5- RINSING DEMINERALIZED H2O;6-PASSIVATION BY NANOTECNOLOGY

The cycles can be adapted in relation to the material to be coated.

COATING BOX: 2 cabins - INDIPENDENT and MOVABLE for color change.

STORAGE : 8.000 m² new warehouse space, added to the existing 8.000 m² , dedicated to

welcome the coating line and the highly demanding stock for assembled finished items.

M) Zinc Coating

The company can provide finished details, ready to be delivered to final

customer, managing the zinc-coating - both hot and electrolytic – and other

treatments following your appreciated request.

N) Assembly

Tecnolam has a dedicated area for assembling the different products pon

special customer request.
