Letter No.AEE/DEE(Plg)/SLSSC/2012-13-5, Dated 11.12.2012 of ENC, RWS&S, Hyderabad. *** O R D E R:In the reference read above, the Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Department, Hyderabad has stated that, during the SLSSC meeting held on 16.11.2012, the committee has approved the proposals for providing Drinking water to 8407 Anganwadi Centres functioning in Government Buildings (as per list given by W&CWD) with an estimated cost of Rs.4203.24 lakhs under NRDWP-Coverage, with sharing ratio of 50:50 between GOI and GOAP. Further, he has also informed that, during the meeting held on 12.11.2012, the above works were cleared by the State Technical Agency (STA). Therefore, he has requested the Government to accord Administrative sanction for providing drinking water to 8302 Anganwadi Centres with an estimated cost of Rs.4137.59 lakhs under NRDWP-Coverage, with sharing ratio of 50:50 between GOI and State. 2. The Government after careful examination of the request of the Engineer-in-Chief, Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Department, Hyderabad in Para -1- above, here by accord administrative sanction for providing Drinking water to 8302 Anganwadi Centres functioning in Government Buildings with an estimated cost of Rs.4137.59 lakhs (Rupees Fourty One Crore Thirty Seven Lakhs and Fifty Nine Thousand Only) under NRDWP-Coverage, with sharing ratio of 50:50 between GOI and State as approved in the SLSSC meeting held on 16.11.2012. The details of sanctioned works are enclosed in Annexure-I and II of this order. 3. The Engineer-in-Chief, Rural water supply & Sanitation Department, Hyderabad, is requested to limit the expenditure to Rs.4137.59 lakhs (Rupees Fourty One Crore Thirty Seven Lakhs and Fifty Nine Thousand Only) and details of all works should be uploaded on IMS Watersoft System. The Share of GOI (50%) under NRDWP will be met out of the funds already released and the State Share of 50% (about Rs.60.00 Crores) will be met out of the arrears of State Share to be released. 4. The Engineer-in-Chief, Rural water Supply and Sanitation Department, Hyderabad is requested to scrupulously follow the guidelines of NRDWP and utilize the funds as per financial rules. No changes shall be made on ground without following due procedure. 5. For any change from sanctioned technical estimates during execution, the agreement authority shall approach the approving authority concerned in writing. No assumption of approval should be made unless approval is received in writing. The Technical sanction to be accorded must fully conform to the above administrative sanction components only. 6. The Engineer-in-Chief, Rural water Supply and Sanitation Department, Hyderabad, while conveying the technical approval/sanction should ensure that necessary instructions shall be incorporated therein to all the agreement authorities (SEs) to follow the sequential order i.e. head-totail approach scrupulously (i) in grounding works, and (ii) while sanctioning payments. 7. The list of Anganwadi Centres functioning in Government buildings in each Scheme is Annexure-I and II to this order. The Committee in Para -10- below shall examined the list and may make any necessary changes within the overall financial allocation to the district. (p.t.o)

The above Committee is informed that the works Annexure in this order to be executed by any Engineering Wing or involving Engineers from various departments as decided by the District Collector of the District concerned in a campaign mode to complete by 31-03-2013 and shall also ensure that the School Education Department is agreeable to take up the O&M of the Scheme from their funds on commissioning. All NBA guidelines shall be followed in execution of these works. 12. This orders issues with the concurrence of Finance (Expr.
