Music Notes… Our parish music ministry will resume

singing, at the 10:00 and 11:30 liturgies, on Sunday, September 10th. In preparation for another musical year, we are reaching out to all who find joy in singing or playing an instrument. Rehearsals will begin on Tuesday evenings, beginning September 5th, from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. in the balcony of St. Joseph’s. Jane Touhey is our music director and Bob Gaus conducts the Schola (10:00 a.m.) and Choir (11:30 a.m.) Our ministry sings for Holy Days, Sunday liturgies, concerts and other special occasions. We have singers who currently attend St. Joseph’s School, Colman and Kingston High School, young adults and adults of all ages. Our music “family” is a wonderful source of inspiration, musicality and friendship. Music is provided. Reading music is not a criteria… finding joy in the Spirit and singing our faith is why we gather. If you can sing on pitch… we need you! If you play an instrument… we need you! Please contact Bob Gaus at 845.389.1503 or music.saintjoseph.com or on Facebook!
