Many many years ago Bruyere has said this but nowadays, in this 21 st Ultramodern Century we, better say the brutals like us love to listen the harsh of it.

We have made our West Bengal independently in first position for atrocities on women in last eight years.

We are proud to say that, the number of rape is increased by 700% in 36 years in India.

But, neither police nor government have any headache off it!

VIOLENCE ON WOMEN OUTSIDE WEST BENGAL

16th December, Midnight:

‘Nirbhaya’ get heinously gang-raped by a gang of 5 youths in a luxury bus in Delhi and departed on 29th after a tug-o’-war between soul and console of a long 13 days.

The govt. got quaked in protest by the question from veins of our state, “Are Women safe in India?”

22nd December:

Again in Delhi, husband of a play-school’s owner was arrested in allegation of raping a 3 years old child of that school.

The accused is being taken to court


23rd December: Around 4:00 a.m. a young girl was murdered after

being raped by a gang of robbers in Patna.

Dead body of that girl was found in a jungle beside her home


25th December:

In Vopal a brunt child mother was gang-raped in the hospital. The child got death.

Can anyone say, what was her mistake?


27th December:

Also again in Delhi, a 42 year old woman was gang-raped by 3 men and was thrown in Kalkaji area after killing her.

Barasat:

2011, In the month of February, Rajib Das, a 16 years old class ‘X’ student was murdered.

Kamduni:

On 7th June,2013, a 20-year-old college student was abducted, gang-raped by at least 9 men and after raping her, the perpetrators tore apart her legs up to the navel, slit her throat and dumped her body into a nearby field.


Madhyagram:

A 16-year-old girl was gang-raped twice and set herself on fire on December 23rd and died on New Year’s eve.

• Prime Minister has remained silent on the issue.• Chief Minister of our state has stated the

incidents as a drama or man-made accidents.• Law-makers are acting as law-breakers?• In our West Bengal we have Three Fast Track

Courts in Darjeeling, though could the govt. solve more than 5000 cases?

HOW THE MOLESTATION ON THE WOMEN COULD BE STOPPED?

• Attitude to women must be changed.

• The legal process of dealing with the crime must speed-up.

• Men must be educated and ‘sensitised’ about women issues.

• How many days, one group in society will suck and one group will adulate them?

• How many days, a group will enjoy the incidents from middle?

• How many hands will be pollute in the contagious killing disease in name of rape?

• And how many body will be destroyed thus?

CONCLUSIONNeither Government nor the police can change anything in this society. We, the democratics should change ourselves, change our thought of dictatorship. After all, every single citizen can make a Government, but the govt. can’t make a one citizen.
