The WOW! area within Vinexpo focuses on organic and biodynamic wines and spirits. To ensure that exhibitors and visitors adhere to this requirement, Vinexpo has drawn up a confidence charter.

By signing this application form, producers commit to only exhibiting organic or biodynamic products certified and inspected by an accredited body. A certificate must be provided with the completed, signed and stamped application form. Spot checks will be conducted at the show.

In the absence of certification, the organisation reserves the right to refuse to allow these products to be displayed, and they will be removed from the WOW! area. Failure to comply with the rules will result in being barred from participating in future WOW! events. The exclusion of an estate or of a company results in the exclusion of all companies belonging to the same owner or the same group.

In any case, all certifications must be issued and not in process. Licences are not sufficient and cannot in any circumstances act as certificates.

THE CONFIDENCE CHARTER COMPRISES THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:For European exhibitors, wine production must comply with the current European regulation n° 2092/91.

Non-European exhibitors commit to complying with:• The European regulation for those countries who benefit from an equivalence.• Or the NOP (National Organic Programme) regulation governed by the USDA (United States Department of Agriculture).• Or any other prevailing state regulation that applies.

Producers declare that they do not use the following processes:• Reverse osmosis• Cryo-extraction• De-alcoholisation (including the spinning cone column process)

Producers certify that they are audited and monitored by the appropriate organisation (certification must be attached).

Exhibitors must attend the show with certificates for all their products.
