In the late YEAR, the installation of underground utilities in India was revolutionized by the introduction of Trenchless Technology and specifically Horizontal Directional Drilling, PIPE BURSTING, MICRO TUNNELING AND PIPE RAMMING

With Horizontal Directional Drilling and Trenchless Technology, it was now possible to install underground utilities without disturbing the on - surface conditions. This is accomplished by DRILLING a bore underground and pulling the utility through it.

With Pipe Bursting method (Trenchless technology) it was now possible for replacement

of sewer lines by trenchless method of pipe bursting (online trenchless pipe replacement) with appropriate upsizing of the existing sewers.

With Micro Tunneling method (Trenchless technology) it was now Extremely accurate as compared with other methods for laying grade and alignment sensitive sewer lines Suitable for Shallow and larger depths for water bearing strata and Better control over steering and ground movements

Traditionally the installation of utilities had taken place by the cut and cover method where the road surfaces were cut open, the utility installed and the finally the surface covered again. But this method not only caused great disturbance and inconvenience to normal public life, but also left the condition of the road surfaces in a sorry state. It was left to the corporations to restore this road at great costs.

CNC LESAR MACHINE

Laser cutter offers accurate precise cutting without the need for milling. With the addition of a shuttle table, this enables our production to load and unload without needless downtime. This laser cutter can work within irregular workspaces , and it can weld 10' long and 5' feet wide. It also has a wrist that can move in a circular “360 degree” motion. GGE Our laser cutter can cut materials up to 1 ½” thick depending on the nature of the material.

This machine has programmable CNC back gge travels up to a distance of 30” with an accuracy of .002”. It will shear materials up to 120” wide with its gge of .250” at a speed of up to 25 strokes per minute.

MIG WELDER 6 STATIONS

AU has six state of the art welding stations. Every station has three Millermatic welders that are wire feeders, arc welding machines and tig welders. This welding process is achieved by melting and feeding melted material through high intensity current to two pieces of material with a special gun by a skilled ticketed operator. We at AU are qualified to work with very thin gges from 16 ga up to 1” or more. SPEED The speed is relative to the size, shape and nature of the product.

LENGTH AND WIDTH Though we can perform welds on product over 20’, we prefer to contain our size up to 20’ x 6’

MATERIALS We can mig weld, tig weld and arc weld aluminum, cold rolled steel, hot rolled, low alloy, pre-galvanized steel, stainless steel, cast iron and we can also braze copper and brass.

PRETREATMENT PROCESS:

The enclosures from our metal processing shop are surface finished by Powder Coating. We

understand that the basis of any good coating is preparation. To avoid powder coating failure that

can be traced to lack of suitable preparation, we follow a rigorous pre treatment process which

involves: 7 Tank hot phosphating process (Class B type). An in house pre-treatment Chemical

Testing Lab tests for ph, pointage, iron development & oil concentration. Cages containing the

fabrications, which are shifted from one tank to another, are controlled by a motorized hoist.

Conveyorised Powder Coating - PLANT: The plant consists of one spray chamber with three spray units. Two nos. multicyclone powder recycles. One electrically heated Double Blower Baking Oven (Camel Back type oven) for curing powder coated materials. tomatic overhead conveyor (Botton-up type, to prevent heat loss). EQUIPMENT:

Suitable 60KV tomatic spray guns. Arrangement to separate water particles comes with air in the spray guns. Spray gun arrangements have clear electric display unit.
