Growth oriented and forward looking, Alphaomega Integrated Corporation (AIC) has, through its Twenty Nine (29) years of existence, evolved into a dynamic corporation. Established on June 2, 1978 mainly to provide erection and maintenance services for power substation, transmission and distribution system as well as the supply and maintenance of electrical equipment and accessories; it has pursued, starting in 1981, as aggressive participation in government power transmission and distribution projects as well as the extension of technical services to private firms. By 1985, it has successfully launched its entry into design, fabrication, installation and maintenance of communication facilities as well as into general trading activities.

In 1988, with the heightened awareness, concern and involvement of various segments of the world’s society on issues involving world ecology and the conservation of natural resources, ALPHAOMEGA has opened its doors towards this new horizon, with its articles of Incorporation amended specifically to allow for the “…Management, Development and Maintenance of Watersheds, Parks, Forests and Wildlife Reservations.”

ALPHAOMEGA’s dynamic growth and development is a product of several factors. There is its simple and streamlined organizational structure which allows for the Board and top management to be kept fully abreast of project progress and alerted to any emergent problems; and enough flexibilities to adjust with practically no bureaucratically delay to the requirements of the day. It has three major divisions that act quite independently of each other. These are the General Trading Services Division, the Engineering Operations Divisions and the Agro forest and Watershed Operations Division.
