2 USES OF VEHICLE TRACKING SOLUTION

2.1.1 Extensive reports to track the performance of the Vehicle (Like Overspeeding, Late Start, Hault,

Journey, Non-Journey, History, Servicing Due and many more)

2.1.2 See the exact location of the vehicle

2.1.3 Anti-theft tracking system, which can be placed anywhere in the car and the thief wouldn’t even

know about it that the vehicle is being tracked.

2.1.4 See actual location of the moving vehicle over the live map.

2.1.5 Calculate the actual running cost (per kilometre cost) of the vehicle including the money

spent over the servicing and repairing the damages on the vehicle

2.1.6 E-mail alerts can always keep you updated of where your vehicle is at any point of time.

2.1.7 Create your own POIs (Point of Interests) and see when the vehicle reaches/leaves that POI.

2.1.8 Create your own Geofences, so that if the vehicle moves out of the geofence even a bit, you

start getting alarms for the stolen vehicle.

2.1.9 Set as many POIs or Geofences, as you want and receive alerts through e-mail/SMS.

2.1.10 Get reminders for car servicing.

2.1.11 Even when the device is plugged out of the battery, it keeps working for at least 3 days.

2.1.12 In case there are no signals from the device, the device saves data for up to 5 days within itself

and releases the data as soon as it gets the signals, so no data is lost

5 MYTH & FACTS

MYTH FACT

Nobody can send you exact reminder

based on kilometres/miles travelled by

vehicle

There is a marginal difference of 5 %

or even less in calculating

kilometres/miles travelled by the

vehicle.

This is also reduced to 0 % in ideal

conditions, where the vehicle moves on

straight roads for longer durations.

It can’t be determined whether your

car’s A/c is turned on/off.

It can be easily checked if the car’s A/c

is turned on or off. Rather you can

check it just by sending one SMS.

Half of your car needs to beopened/engine is opened while

installation of immobilizer/A/c On/Off

or Fuel Sensor

It takes slightly longer time ininstallation of immobilizer, A/c On/Off

and Fuel Sensor but it doesn’t needs to

open the car’s engine

Maps don’t have names of all the

places in INDIA.

The maps we are using are so advanced

that you can add any names yourself, if

the name is not available.

8 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

8.1.1 GENERAL

8.1.1.1 The end-product will be mabe available with two years warranty,

and hence it is the responsibility of the client to test all the

functionalities within the specified time frame. Any change request

after the allocated period will be chargeable.

8.1.1.2 In the case of server crash or site hack, Tracker Field will only be

responsible for the retrieval of the source code. Loss of data will

not be accounted for.

8.1.1.3 In this Agreement with Tracker Field, you hereby irrevocably

consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of New Delhi,

INDIA in all disputes arising out of, or relating to the use of the

Web Sites created by ITGC.8.1.1.4 Any change in specification can lead to the change in time

estimates and cost estimates provide
