!!!What is a CEED? Cultural Envoy for Exchange Development It is a chance to work and live in another culture and country, immersing yourself into the AIESEC entity by working for them.

What is the importance of a CEED? A CEED enables AIESECers to work for AIESEC in another entity to advance their personal and professional development whilst contributing to their host MC or LC. For this specific CEED AIESEC UK will be receiving FOUR experienced iGIP members to work inside one of our selected Local Committees to drive iGIP growth & activity from May-July.

What will be my JD and responsibilities? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

APPLICATION FAQs

• Driving “New Sales” within a selected market in the United Kingdom, working with one of our Local Committee’s iGIP Team • Responsible for signing a minimum of 1 Global Talent Contract with an organisation inside your selected market • Responsible for generating new leads within your selected market • Interact, coach & educate your hosting LC on iGIP activities & skills. • You will work in one of five cities in the UK: Nottingham, Sheffield, Edinburgh, Birmingham or Southampton !Structure of this CEED Programme: • 2 weeks working from the MC Office in London with MCVP LC iGIP & other CEEDers (5 CEEDers in total), accommodation & stipend

provided by the National Team • 8 weeks working from your selected market with your hosting LC, accommodation & stipend provided by your hosting LC • Attendance (FACI) at National Strategic Conference hosted in Wakefield, UK: June 12-15 • Extension may be provided based on activity & results (EU Candidates Only)

!!!Working hours: 38 hours per week Monday-Thursday 9:30 AM - 5 :30PM, Friday 9:30AM-3:30PM !Duration: Minimum 10 weeks. After 10 weeks, the CEEDership should be re-evaluated and extension can be offered; 2 weeks in the MC Office in London, 8 weeks with your hosting LC. !Accommodation: Provided for 2 weeks in London & covered by your hosting local committee for 8 weeks !Stipend: £300 per month to cover expenses of travel, food & liesure !Conferences: Required attendance to National Strategic Conference - June 12th to 15th, fully funded by AIESEC UK (delegate fee & travel) !Required: Excellent English and no need for any visa to stay at minimum 3 months in UK !!
