Platinum Support Services 1. All Basic Support Services 2. 40 hours of system support and additional training each year via email and phone for the following: a. Training - will be in either or both of the following formats depending on the people to be trained and the topics to be covered i. WebEx ii. Conference call iii. On-site available for an additional charge 3. Best Practices - Leveraging and sharing best practices from other successful implementations facing similar challenges 4. Data Management - Accela ROWM will work with customer to maintain efficient, sustainable method for importing and managing data 5. Layer Management –Maintenance and updates to customers layers in Accela ROWM on a yearly basis 6. Updates to existing reports and templates 7. Accela ROWM customers will be contacted in advance regarding new release functionality, when it applies to them or if it is a piece of functionality they were waiting on or looking for within the Accela ROWM system. a. Training on specific, new release functionality pertaining to the customer *Additional hours billed at $150/hour.
