ProgramModule 1: Working in the Virtual World
• The future of business is tied to digitalization and virtualization. The impact of forces changing the world in general – technology, globalization and environmental issues to name a few – will change organizations and work more than we probably can even imagine today.
• What are the e.g. digital platforms and enterprise tools that could change the relationship you have with your customers and competitors? Technology is changing us and it can – and will- improve how we learn, share, and communicate in organizations in both the virtual and the “traditional” ones.
Module 2: Virtual Business Opportunities
• New kinds of business ecosystems and agile strategies supporting value creation in the virtual and complex enterprise environment are needed. How to recognize new business opportunities and create novel revenue models in virtual world?
• What strategies, models, and solutions will organizations need to implement to help businesses excel within a continually changing business world? What is the impact of complexity and digitalization on (strategy) processes?
Module 3: Bringing Meaning to Fragmented Virtual Work
• Leadership through meaning and purpose are becoming more important than ever; Communication and influencing skills are essential for any leader in tomorrow’s organization with less layers and new structures.
• What are the Management Innovations needed?
• What are the new models of innovation and leadership that are suitable for the current, fast paced, uncertain global environment and virtual work?
